Designer Beach Home - 3 min walk to beach with private heated pool, outdoor gas fire pit and in home gym. Welcome to "Sulla Riva" - the perfect beach retreat! This home has been professionally decorated to be your relaxing getaway with everything you need to truly come & unwind. No detail has been missed in this beach rental, fully furnished with all the amenities needed to just bring yourself & enjoy. Open layout with high ceilings and tons of natural light. Beautiful wood floors and high end furnishings. Large fenced in grass yard with new in ground heated pool, fire pit, gas grill and patio and lounge furniture. Ocean views from top floor. Main floor includes: Fully outfitted kitchen (microwave, stove/oven, toaster oven, Nespresso machine, K Cup/Keurig, coffee machine, Instant Pot, blender, and much more), two dining areas, 1 family room, 1 living room, powder bath, and home gym (Lululemon MIRROR, Peloton, Ifit Nordictrack treadmill, free weights, resistance bands, and yoga mat).

Upstairs includes: Primary bedroom (king) with private ensuite bath and ocean views, 1 hall bathroom with tub/shower, laundry room with washer/dryer, bedroom 1 (queen), bedroom 2 (full), and bedroom 3 (twin bunkbed).

The family room, queen bedroom and primary bedroom TVs have cable. The full bedroom and bunkbed bedroom are equipped with Smart TVs to stream Netflix, Hulu, YouTube, etc.

All linens and towels are included in rental.

Our home is just a 3 minute walk to the beach (public beach access, no beach badges needed). Home includes beach towels, chairs, umbrella, toys, and cooler. If you want to enjoy the outdoors, but don't feel like heading to the beach, my backyard offers a large fenced in grass yard with heated pool, 6 loungers, 4 umbrellas, patio seating, dining table (seats 8), heat lamp, natural gas fire pit and bbq grill. If dining al fresco isn't what you are in the mood for, there are a handful of great restaurants in walking distance from the property. Kitchen Witch, Beach Tavern and Booskerdoo coffee are all just a few minutes away by foot. Long Branch and Sea Bright are about a 5-10 minute drive and include a long list of amazing restaurants and pubs/bars. There is a supermarket just a short 2 minute drive west.

There is parking for one car in the garage and two in driveway. No street parking is allowed.

This property is the one you want. Lovely home in a very upscale neighborhood with everything you need. The house is features all neutral colors with amazing art and decor. Bedding was comfortable and stylish. Bathrooms were spacious and well equipped. Kitchen set up for the whole family. Pool, yard and gardens, and beach access all round out this holiday house to make it a remarkable family getaway. We had a family wedding locally and this home fit our needs perfectly.

Wonderful Family home

We absolutely loved staying at this home for our annual Jersey Shore vacation. It was the perfect size for our family of 6. Location is amazing walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. Definitely recommend and will rent again!

Perfect rental!

My friends and I stayed here over my wedding weekend and got ready for the wedding here! The house is absolutely gorgeous, spacious, and extremely comfortable. Host Erika was extremely accommodating and responsive, and provided everything you could ever need! We loved our stay here and will definitely be recommending to friends and family!

A perfect long weekend!!

The house is nothing short of gorgeous with a beautiful and spacious backyard. The beach is super close and it was a great fit for our family. Our host (Erika) went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. Worth every penny…5 stars!!

Well appointed and spacious beach house

We have stayed at this property previously and will definitely return again in the future. We instantly felt comfortable and ‘at-home’ thanks in part to Erika’s hospitality and how well maintained and equipped the house is. A big highlight is the outdoor living space and sizable backyard.

July 4th summer vacation

Beautiful home with everything you need, the kids had fun playing in the backyard and the the adults enjoyed sitting out on the patio. The owner is very responsive to any requests and is very easy to work with. Can’t wait to come back again.

Fabulous Home

This was a wonderful home for my husband and our 4 kids ranging from 18 - 25. It was a quick trip for us but wish we could have stayed longer. The house is immaculate and the whole process from check in to check out was so easy. We hope the home will be available for our next trip.

Wonderful house a block from the ocean

We had a wonderful holiday stay at this house. It is super clean, very nicely decorated, well stocked with everything you need to cook/dine, and has a very open, inviting layout. Monmouth Beach is an excellent location (4 min by car to the restaurants/boardwalk at Sea Bright; about the same to Pier Village). Erika was a very welcoming host who was very responsive to a few questions we had. Highly recommend.

Monmouth Beach

Erika is an extremely responsive host. I really enjoyed staying at her property because it was exactly as advertised. It is well decorated and immaculate. It has the best stocked kitchen of any house I have rented. It is light and airy with a sunny backyard, and located blocks away from the beach. I also liked the fact that we could park our car in the garage.

I thought the whole set up was so organized! Very clean and beautiful! I loved all the labels so I knew where everything went and the check out list so I could make sure I did everything before I left. The owner answered all my questions and was so nice!! Loved the whole experience!

Beautiful home, prime location!

We spent a week at Erika's home with my extended family (in-laws, sister-in-law and her son, and my family). When booking, Erika was responsive and helpful. Her home is beautiful and stocked with everything you could possibly need. The perfect location - a short walk to town and even shorter walk to the beach. We will definitely be back and have already told our friends and family about it! Thanks, Erika!

Absolutely beautiful!! So clean! So convenient! House had literally everything you could imagine needing and more. Amazing location within walking distance to the beach and the main town of Monmouth Beach! Erika was incredibly responsive and understanding. Best VRBO experience I have had!

Wonderful Home and Location

My husband and I brought our kids to Monmouth Beach for a few days on their spring break. Erika’s house was immaculate, organized and fully equipped with everything we needed during our time there. She was responsive and available as needed. The house exceeded the expectation of the photos we saw on line. We can’t wait to go back in the future. I highly recommend staying at this house!

Perfect!

We rented Erika’s home for our wedding weekend. It could not have been more perfect and was truly a listing that was better than expected. There is an ocean view from the primary bedroom. The neighborhood was quiet and charming. Erika was extremely attentive and helpful during the booking and check in process. I only wish we had booked it longer.
