This condo is ON THE BEACH - AMAZING VIEWS!!

I own 2 other condos at our resort (Pelican Beach Resort) VRBO # 415236 and 508791 with 5 STAR Reviews!!

8th Floor - Gorgeous full views of the Gulf of Mexico.

Our housekeeping crew strictly follows CDC guidelines for cleaning.

Renovated. Complete kitchen remodeled. Stainless steel appliances, new flooring throughout.

Bunk Beds in the hallway allow comfortable sleeping for the younger crowd.

Pelican beach resort is one of the most popular resorts to stay in Destin ~ the perfect family destination. Front Desk staffed 24 hours & we use the onsite management company.

Conveniently located near all activities such as: Big Kahuna Water Park (across the street) located near many family friendly restaurants: Bubba Gump Shrimp, Hard Rock Cafe, Johnny Rockets, Ruth Chris Steakhouse, & more! Retail shops, Silver Sands Shopping Outlet mall, & Movie Theatres.

One bedroom / two bath gulf front unit living area 873 sq. Ft. New queen sleeper sofa in living room. After making your way into the unit - you will notice the emerald-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico from your private balcony which has a view directly facing south.

Master bedroom has king bed, with private bath.

Recessed bunks in the hall allow sleeping for the younger crowd, and a queen sleeper in the living room.

Pelican Beach Resort has 2 heated pools. Outdoor & indoor along with a kiddie pool & outside hot tub.

Non-smoking only - strictly enforced.

Cute Condo on beach

Super cute condo on the beach. Great location and views.Most food was 10 minutes in either direction.The place was super clean and had great seating area. Looks like thr picutes, I had two teenage girls use the pull out couch and we still had enough room. I had to work on this trip and internet was very good.I really enjoyed it.Pro tip- call la vida dolche in advance if you want beach chairs. 2 chairs and an umbrella is about 50 bucks a day and they are booked out way in advance. If your booking here and want chairs and umbrella def call ahead orherwise its very hard to get any, during high season.

Stayed for 8 nights. Beautiful and very clean. And you can’t beat the view from the balcony. Get the pizza in the cafe. You won’t be disappointed. Overall it was a wonderful stay.

Weekend getaway to celebrate my daughter’s 14th birthday. This condo was perfect for my daughter and her two cousins. Laura was excellent! I wanted to surprise my daughter even more by having the condo decorated. She put me in touch with someone and she helped make it happen! Condo was very clean, beds super comfy. Check in was quick and easy. We arrived a couple hours early but we were able to go ahead and receive our arm bands to hang out on the beach/pool. Received a text message as soon as the condo was ready for us. View from the balcony was beautiful! Great view of the ocean and right above the pool area. Highly recommend and would love to stay again!

Spring Break in Destin

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo! First, it was very clean and we felt comfortable right away. The host was very kind and outreached me at the beginning of our stay to make sure everything was going well. The beach was beyond what we expected! Our favorite part was playing on t he beach!
