Beach view Condo

We had a great stay! Condo had a great beach view. We loved listening to the waves at night. Lots of great amenities such as pools, Tiki bar and the Cafe. Condo had a few trash bags, dishwasher pods, laundry pods and dryer sheets. Plenty for our week’s stay. Only suggestion I have is to update the toaster. Sounds trivial but it was very old and tiny and would not fit the bread.

Retirement celebration

Perfect place to celebrate retirement! Beautiful grounds, pools, and beach. We also enjoyed nearby Henderson Beach State Park, the Airforce Museum in Eglin, and a nearby festival at Miramar Beach. Cooking in and dining out had a great balance. Two thumbs up!

Beautiful inside & out!

Beautifully decorated condo with gorgeous views. Well equipped kitchen, nice bathrooms with plenty of towels. Great location with great pools, hot tubs and beach access. Great communication with the host. Enjoyed it very much!

Family getaway

Property was nice and clean and very easy check in process ( we arrived at 3 am) Great view and just what we needed for our family. Only complaint was the elevator closest to the parking garage and our condo was broken the whole time
 which has nothing to do with the condo itself but would have been handy to have when going downstairs with the kids.

Spring break getaway

Pelican Resort! Our place was nicely decorated and very clean. Hostesses were very accommodating with great communication. Love how you can rent beach chairs and umbrellas, weekend wait service on beach, Cafe and tiki bar. Short drive to harbor, Aloha rentals, Boshamps, Marina Cafe and Louisiana Lagniappe. Crab island is always fun. Great trip! Will be back again, hopefully sooner than later.

Comfortable unit with everything needed

The unit has a great view. But what really made it wonderful was the comfort of it and had everything we needed that you wouldn’t think/want to pack. The owner was extremely responsive which made it feel even more like a great place for family. A definite repeat!

The perfect vacation

Me and my family enjoyed this condo very much. Very CLEAN, and the view was amazing. The property manager was a pleasure to work with. Very responsive. I loved the resort because the access to the beach was easy with little ones, they had snack machines, a bar, and a cafe! All very good. We are already planning our next get away. Thanks Rebecca!!

Perfect view !

Very updated clean condo . Great view enjoyed the balcony . The pelican is a great location to everything restaurants , shopping , stores . If you want beach chairs and umbrella they have a service right on beach for you . If you want the first or second row you need to call couple months ahead of your stay . Otherwise your in the 3rd or 4th row . You. Are literally steps away from the beach . You have to wear bracelets at the condo only your family is allowed no outside visitors . This was the only thing I had a problem with . My niece lives in Destin that is why we went and she could not come in the property unless she was guest in condo . They had / places you could eat and get food during the day at the pelican of you could go get some food condo had great kitchen . I would stay here again . Any questions I had the owner answered . Has 2 pools a kid. Pool and adult pool .

We self-manage our properties - you will deal directly with us, not some giant property management company. Being our personal vacation property, we take care of it like it's our own because it is! The views from both the living room and primary bedroom are second to none. And the resort offers so many wonderful amenities for kids, teens, and adults alike.
