8th Floor - Gorgeous full views of the Gulf of Mexico.

Our housekeeping crew strictly follows CDC guidelines for cleaning.

Renovated. Complete kitchen remodeled. Stainless steel appliances, new flooring throughout.

Pelican beach resort is one of the most popular resorts to stay in Destin ~ the perfect family destination. Front Desk staffed 24 hours & we use the onsite management company.

Conveniently located near all activities such as: Big Kahuna Water Park (across the street) located near many family friendly restaurants: Bubba Gump Shrimp, Hard Rock Cafe, Johnny Rockets, Ruth Chris Steakhouse, & more! Retail shops, Silver Sands Shopping Outlet mall, & Movie Theatres.

One bedroom / two bath gulf front unit living area 873 sq. Ft. New queen sleeper sofa in living room. After making your way into the unit - you will notice the emerald-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico from your private balcony which has a view directly facing south.

Master bedroom has king bed, with private bath.

Recessed bunks in the hall allow sleeping for the younger crowd, and a queen sleeper in the living room.

Pelican Beach Resort has 2 heated pools. Outdoor & indoor along with a kiddie pool & outside hot tub.

Perfect in Every Way
This property has it all! Great views of the beach from the balcony, beach service, nice pools, drinks at the tiki bar, and super close to a ton of amazing restaurants! The condo was absolutely perfect for us, and had everything we needed. We had a very relaxing stay. Will definitely try to stay here again next time!

Best for families
Our stay was great! Laura, the owner, was the best at keeping in touch and made us feel very welcomed. My spouse and I loved being able to use the 3rd party beach chair service and the tiki bar onsite had the best drinks! The view was phenomenal and the location of the resort was very close to all things Destin. I do have to say this place is best for families with children. I say this because my spouse and I seemed to be one of the few without children and the noise from neighbors on all sides of the condo and on the beach got a little loud and rambunctious at times. Overall, I’d still recommend this spot and host if you’re looking for a great vacation!

The Perfect Place!!
This was our first time renting a condo as we normally stay in hotels and I’m happy to say we had the absolute best experience! Laura was so friendly and helpful which was very nice. She made sure everything went smoothly and was available if we needed her. She also checked in on us during our stay to make sure all was well. Cleanliness is so important to us and this condo was spotless. Also, the view….WOW!!! Literally breathtaking! I loved it, my husband loved it, and the kids loved it. They thought the bunk beds built into the wall were the coolest. This was the perfect place to relax. The condo was top notch! We will definitely be returning!

The condo was beautiful ! It was clean and comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked . The location was wonderful and was only a quick walk or car ride to food and fun places for the kids to have fun ! I would highly recommend this condo!

This unit is decorated so cute. We walked in and everything was perfectly clean. We came for a baseball tournament and everything was very close by. Laura is amazing and so prompt to get back with you with any questions! I highly recommend this unit if you are considering Pelican Beach Resort.

The unit was very clean and nicely decorated. Very spacious for a one bedroom. The kitchen was fully equipped. The view from the balcony is awesome and we loved enjoying breakfast at the high-top table outside. The amenities were great and easily accessible. The owner was great with communication before and during our stay. We can’t wait to come back!

Our second visit, it’s THAT GOOD!
This is our second year staying in this unit. It was even more amazing this year! We LOVE this unit and Laura is the best Host! The unit is even better than described in pictures and it is IMMACULATE. The unit is stocked with everything you’ll need. The resort itself is great, pools are nice and you are steps away from the beautiful beach. There are shops, grocery stores and restaurant's within walking distance. It’s a MUST STAY!!

This was a wonderful condo on the beach that had everything you need on vacation. The condo even had a laundry basket, in which we needed traveling with two young kids. I would definitely recommend this place.

Great view from a great condo
What a great, relaxing time we had! Check-in was very easy and the condo was exactly as described. When you first walk in, you have to leave your bags and go directly to the balcony - amazing view of the emerald green water and white sand. Exactly what we needed. Condo was clean and appeared recently updated. We usually only eat dinner out and the kitchen was easy to cook in for breakfasts and lunches. Owner checked in a couple times to make sure we had everything we needed, which was great! Having breakfast on the balcony or a cocktail during the sunset was amazing. High enough where you don’t see the pool- only sand and gulf. Thank you for letting us use your beautiful place!

Perfect honeymoon spot!
My husband and I picked this location for our honeymoon and it was just perfect! The condo itself is a good size and had a full kitchen and an amazing view of the ocean. The property had three pools, two of which are heated, and two hot tubs. Easy beach access as well. Great communication with the owner, Laura, who checked in often and was quick to help when we had a question. It was a great experience!
