We're within walking distance of shopping and restaurants and only a block or two away from the Big Kahuna's, Destin's fun waterpark. Walk only 300 feet to the beach. No streets to cross to get to the private beach or the heated pool. From this lovely complex, you'll experience the sights and sounds of the ocean, watch a sunrise or sunset over the water or the sail boats and fishing boats go by.

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750-square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest!  Destin Commons also has a mini train for the kids. The condo was spacious, clean, comfortable, and had a great view! It was really nice having the easy access to the beach along with the opportunity to reserve a dedicated spot with chairs and an umbrella for the day. This was our first time to Destin, and we were really impressed with the beach. We would definitely recommend this condo.

Beautiful property that was wel maintained. It was in a great location right on the beach. The only issue I had was that all the treadmills in the fitness center were broken as well as a couple of the other machines. But it didn’t detract from our experience and it was still a 5 star stay. We loved our time there and we would definitely stay here again.

Short stay

We spent a lovely five nights at this property. The location cannot be beat - close to everything! Though not directly on the beach, the views are spectacular. We will be back!

Nice weekend stay

Very nice spot. Great view of beach/water from balcony and master BR. Quick/easy walk to the beach. Condo was close to all the Destin spots we love. Very nice stay.

Need a better gate/pass policy. Guard on dayshift was rarely there and you had to use a virtual guard nearly every time. It wasn’t efficient. Keypad on front door should possibly be replaced. Some days I was afraid we wouldn’t get back in. Floors were filthy and we had to wear shoes the entire time inside. Bathrooms had a buildup in sink area and the tile grout in the shower needs a good scrub down. Rug in living area should be replaced. Kitchen is stocked ok. One outlet wouldn’t run the coffee maker but it would run the griddle. Drawers in fridge messed up. Dryer sits on washer and if you aren’t a tall person you can’t see the dials. There was no light I could find either for this room laundry room/pantry. I misread… the condo is not directly on the beach and another tower obscures the view of the ocean. Beds were comfortable and the air worked great. Need a tv in guest room.

Great for families.

We had a wonderful stay. The listing is exactly as advertised. Very comfortable and perfect for our family of four with children. Common spaces were clean and well cared for - very close proximity to both the pool and the beach. Would recommend without reservation to anyone. Look forward to returning in the future.
