Only a 5-min driving distance to the cityâs historic French Quarter, this 3 bedrooms 2.5 bathroom newly renovated spacious townhouse has a huge floor plan, features custom interiors with lots of natural sunlight, and is equipped with modern appliances to make your stay enjoyable and hassle-free.
Located only a short walking distance to the famous Magazine St and St Charles, Ave, this house is in the Central Business District (CBD) of NOLA and is known as one of the most exciting neighborhoods in the city boasting some of the country's best dining options, music venues, and a vibrant nightlife. As a cherry on top of your vacation sundae, youâll be practically a 5 min ride from French Quarterâs world-famous jazz clubs, eateries, bars, and bistros. If you donât feel like driving the 5 min to the French Quarter, hop on St. Charles Streetcar (trolley) that will take you straight down to the entertainment headquarters of the world. Location-wise, this doesnât get any better than this!
If you are up for a fun night out, Harrah's New Orleans is a casino located a mile from your condo. It is a 115,000 sq ft casino with approximately 2,100 slot machines, over 90 table games, and a poker room. There are several places to eat ranging from buffet-style to fine dining.
This spacious 2 levels 3 Bedroom 2.5 bath Carondelet St. residence is newly renovated and features a modern design, custom-built furniture, and wood accent feature all throughout the house, including modern wood accent walls in the living areas and bathroom amenities.

âą Traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation.
âą NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine, plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
âą Pets are not allowed. Violation of our pet policy may result in a $500 fine. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay. .
âą Quiet hours are observed from 9 p.m. - 8am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine.
