As you approach the entrance of SunHaven, you're greeted by a beautifully landscaped front yard and a Designer-Boho Beach style home. The exterior boasts a lovely mix of pastel colors and a cozy porch that invites you to relax and soak in the beach vibe.

Inside, you're welcomed by a bright and airy open living area, decorated with shiplap walls and plenty of natural light. The open concept is perfect for gathering with friends and family. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and an oversized island w/ Quartz countertops perfect for gathering.

Make your way to the backyard oasis featuring a heated salt pool, sun loungers, a fire pit, and games for the family like Giant Jenga and Giant 4 in a Row.

After a relaxing day by the pool or at the beach, retire to any of the three spacious, covered porches all with comfortable furniture and take in the sea breeze.
For last-minute beach items, Alvin's Island is on Sands Street between SunHaven and the beach.

Great Stay with Minor Areas for Improvement

We had a wonderful time at this property! The space was perfect for our large group with plenty of room for everyone and very comfortable beds. The property was spotless when we arrived, which we really appreciated.The pool was definitely a highlight of our stay, and we loved that beach chairs and a wagon were provided - such thoughtful touches that made our trip even better.A few small suggestions for future guests and the host: the kitchen could use a few more cooking utensils, and the back door is quite difficult to open and close. We also noticed the A/C temperature would reset to 72F when we preferred to keep it at 68F.Despite these minor issues, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book this property again. The amenities and space made it perfect for our group!

Relaxing perfection

We had a wonderful time!Our stay was quiet, relaxing, and the perfect place to unwind. Just a short walk to the beach made it easy to enjoy the ocean, and on other days, the private pool was absolutely perfect for the entire family. It truly felt like a home away from home. We can’t wait to come back!

The beach house was amazing! Everything you could ever think of was provided from the beach towels to brand new pool fun accessories. The ambiance was spectacular and our vacation was so tranquil and peaceful! Loved it!

Stop looking - this home has it all!!

My husband and I had the privilege of staying in this gorgeous home for a week. And believe me when I tell you not to search for another home because this magnificent home has EVERYTHING you could want in a high-end VRBO!! The owner was a dream to deal with - helpful with referrals, quick to reply to my questions and even got us into the home early. I know where I’m going next summer!! WONDERFUL. STUNNING!! EXCEPTIONAL!!

Great Place to stay!

House is exactly like it’s advertised. My family had such a great time at this house. Cheri checked in on us from time to time and was very easy to communicate with. My daughters loved the pool and were swimming by 9:00 am every morning. Great location, maybe 5 minute walk to beach. Definitely would recommend this property again.

Great for large family!

We had 3 bedrooms with bath for adults plus a double size bunk bed for kids. Short walk to the beach from the house. However, we had family pictures made and discovered a public entrance to the beach across from Thomas' Pizza, Ice cream and Donuts. Lots less crowded and ample parking early. A cart with 6 beach chairs, 3 umbrellas, 3 body boards, 2 skimmers, 1 roll up mat and 7 beach towels provided to take to the beach. Bring a cooler. The pool was great for afternoon and evening after being on the beach all morning. Outside shower used to rinse off sand from beach. The pool was in the shade after about 3 pm. Full size washer and dryer with detergent provided.

Perfect home for a family vacation

We came to Panama City Beach for a week long baseball tournament, and this home was close to the fields, but suited our needs perfectly! Beautiful home with nice pool, and close to the beach and all the fun Panama City beach has to offer! Host was super helpful and easy to work with!

Beautiful Home

We were amazed about how beautiful and stocked the home was. I had packed paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo and soap. The house was fully stocked so all you have to do is bring your clothes. The beds and sheets were so amazing everybody had trouble getting up. We all had the best sleep. I give it 5 stars on everything. We are already looking to book again for our next vacation. The owner was so nice and saw that we had everything we needed. Thank you for an amazing vacation!!

Great trip to PCB over 4th of July!

Cheri was an excellent host. She communicated appropriately and had everything set for our stay. The house was exactly like the pictures. It was spacious for two families. We had a total of 9 people. Less than 5 min. walk to the beach and the pool was great!

This house has it all!!!!

I cant begin to tell you how much we enjoyed staying at this house! There were 5 adults, a 17 year old and an 11 year old - we were never cramped! The pool was amazing! As was the location- not a far walk from the beach - about a block. Lots of nice little surprises awaited us! When I rent vacation homes, I pack EVERYTHING you could possibly need - with this house, I never touched my supplies! Cheri was fabulous to work with! I highly highly recommend this home and Cheri - she will definitely be hearing from me in the future, to book again!

Wonderful home

The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. Very clean and well-maintained. The pool was great! Not as close to the beach as I typically like to be but it really wasn't a bad walk at all. My only complaint is that the rooms are really bright in the mornings so sleeping in was difficult. Overall though, we loved it and had a great time!

Lovely home, great location

This home was perfect for our family vacation. It is in a great location with lots of shopping and restaurants close by, and a very short walk to the beach. The owner is very responsive and was easy to work with. She went out of her way to make sure our trip was enjoyable. We loved the outside area and took advantage of the heated pool every day!
