The Space:

Welcome to Hilltop Haven, a newly decorated two-bedroom, two-bathroom main-level condo overlooking The Bear Golf Course at the Grand Traverse Resort. This comfortable, stylish space features an open layout, a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, informal dining area, in-unit washer and dryer, and plenty of storage.



Relax by the cozy fireplace or enjoy morning coffee and evening wine on the private patio surrounded by lush green scenery. The primary bedroom offers a king bed, while the guest bedroom includes a queen and twin bed. A full-size sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping space. Fresh linens, towels, and essential household supplies are provided.



Centrally located near golf, dining, the spa, Turtle Creek Casino, Mt. Holiday Ski Area, Grand Traverse Bay, downtown Traverse City, beaches, wine tours, bike trails, and Sleeping Bear Dunes.



This condo is privately owned and not managed by the Grand Traverse Resort. Resort amenities are not included. Guests must contact the resort directly for access.



Rental Policy:

- No smoking or fireworks are permitted.

- No events, parties, or large gatherings are permitted.

- Minimum booking age is 25.

- No pets.

- We have partnered with Safely to provide rental property damage protection for all reservations.

- Photo ID required.

Guest Access:

This property features self-check-in. Check-in after 10 pm is not permitted. Check-in instructions are sent after completing our guest check-in form. The home's property address will also be sent separately 72 hours prior to check-in.

Other Things to Note:

Guests are provided with a small amount of essentials, including paper towels, toilet paper in each bathroom, laundry pods, dish pods, dish soap, hand soap, and basic cleaning supplies.



CHECK OUT INSTRUCTIONS:

•November-April: Set the heat/thermostat to 55 degrees and close the blinds.

•May-October: Shut off everything and close the blinds.

•Strip beds (not mattress pads) and pile all sheets and towels on the floor near the washer. Start a load of towels in the washer. (If applicable.)

•Dispose of food and trash.

•Put all trash in the garbage bin. Trash instructions are noted in your Guest Guide Link.

•Put patio cushions back. (If applicable.)

•Washed, dried, and put away dishes.

•Turn off lights.

•Lock the door.

Great spot for golf and day trips!

We enjoyed our stay at Hilltop Haven. The condo was spacious, clean and well appointed. It’s a great location for our golfers and close to many popular spots within a short drive!

Prefect condo

We were in TC for a softball tourney. The two bedroom condo was a perfect fit for us. Clean and close to everything we needed. Comfy beds at the end of a long day! The kitchen was well equipped and had everything you could need!

Great place to pitch in for horse show, equestrian park is just minutes down the road. Very cool restaurant as you enter the parking lot, where this unit is located. Comfortable bedding and pillows. I gave 4 instead of 5 stars,only because they had some minor exterior upgrades/improvements going on during our stay, which was a little annoying one morning.Would definitely book this one again!Management company/owner were awesome to work with!RGD

Over all a great location

Honestly, the location was great. We were only about a ten minute drive from down town traverse city. However the bedrooms were really hot, the floors weren’t cleaned well and the condo wasn’t family friendly especially having two kids under two. The tv was wonky, we had to use our own hotspot and there were cords/extensions hanging from it where it was easily accessible and dangerous if the little ones were to pull on them. Like I said over all a great location.

We are sorry you found the property not be to your liking and understand not having secure wifi for streaming networks to connect to can be an issue. The floors not being cleaned the way they should have been is something I would have liked to have an the opportunity to address while you were here. Either way it is not acceptable and we pride ourselves on having our units be guest ready EVERY time. A small discount has just been returned you as well. Sorry again. We hope this can make up a little for your not so stellar experience.
