Come stay at this comfortable home away from home. The condo is very spacious and all on one level (no stairs), great for larger groups. We are located right on the Spruce golf course, with a beautiful view. Want to travel to down town Traverse City? We are only 15 minutes away. Looking for a close place to the beach? We have that too, just 4 minutes down the road! All of Traverse City’s most popular wineries are only 15-20 minutes away. Horse show families, we are perfectly located for you!

FIRE PLACE IS OUT OF SERVICE
Very open feel to the condo. Extremely cozy making it feel like a home away from home! Perfect if you`re coming to town for a conference at the grand traverse resort. We are the closest condo the resort, only a 3-minute walk.

We are right next to the Grand Traverse Resort (not associated with or property of). The condo sits right off of the Spruce Run golf course, over-looking the 4th green! It is a beautiful and quiet neighborhood, walking distance to the main resort!

Property was updated and maintained very nicely. Location was right beside a nice resort with three gold courses. It was close enough to all the main Traverse City attractions without being crowded. I would recommend without hesitation.

We enjoyed staying at this condo outside of TC. Convenient to Traverse City and the lake. Close to the casino. Full stocked kitchen. Overlooks the golf course with a patio table. The grounds are very pretty.

We stayed for the weekend to spend time as a couples getaway. The home was so conveniently located to downtown shopping and dining, as well as the casino. We especially loved the spacious living area, fireplace and dining table, where we were able to play games and share a meal. Perfect Place for Conference Attendees

My colleagues and I stayed at this location for a conference at The Grand Traverse Resort. This condo was perhaps the closest condo on property to the resort itself. It was clean, offered privacy with 3 great bedrooms and had all the amenities we needed plus more. I will definitely try to stay here again for both personal and business trips.

Perfect condo for a stay in Traverse City area

We stayed here as it was close to the Traverse City Horse Show. The condo is exactly as shown in the pictures, beautifully furnished, clean, and stocked with everything you could need. Very close to the horse show and easily accessible to downtown Traverse, Elk Rapids and everything the area has to offer. You will not be disappointed if you stay here.
