Overall we very much enjoyed our stay. The place was very clean and in a great location with easy access to anything we wanted to do or see. Great communication from the host. The house did have many, many cosmetic flaws however. Smaller holes in walls, beat up trim, etc. With a little work it would definitely be worth 5 stars.

Communication was excellent. Everything in the house was spotless. Kitchen items well stocked and appliances pristine. Centrally located to both KC areas but far enough to stay out of traffic. Plenty of restaurants and grocery shopping nearby including Target supermarket and a gem of a natural food grocery.

Check in was super easy with coded access to the property. The location is amazing as it is close to many amenities but feels like you’re in a neighborhood. Love the big fridge, ice maker and filtered cold water pitcher in the fridge. Super comfortable beds. Generous amounts of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper. Host was very responsive with anything that came up. Highly recommend.

My son and I had a very nice stay. It was perfect. The description accurately described the accommodations. Very clean, comfortable, convenient, great location close to stores and restaurants, coffee, everything worked perfectly. Overall, a wonderful stay.

Nice Duplex for short stay

We were in town to visit family and survey the area for possible relocation. This location had good access to the highway system for us to get around town.We did not cook in, but we did use some of the kitchenware to reheat leftovers and enjoy beverages. The kitchen seemed well appointed for meal preparation.The manager was very responsive. We emailed about a minor issue, and they responded promptly that they would have it taken care of.

Perfect KC location!

Townhome was cozy but well appointed w/ everything we needed! We really appreciated the comfy beds and being close enough to all the action. Next time in KC we’ll look to book here again!

Just right size

We had 3 couples for a quick getaway and it was the perfect size for us. Clean and good beds and enough space for us to hang out together at the end of a day of exploring.

House was just as it was listed and very nice. Neighborhood was also nice so that was a relief! Host was superb, great communication, easy to get a hold of, and that made the whole process that much more smooth! Will definitely stay agian!

Wonderful property!

There were four of us (all adults) who spent four nights while attending a family wedding. The location was perfect…close to the major arteries and easy to get to/from. Very clean, comfortable beds, updated bathrooms & the owner was quick to respond when I had questions. We would highly recommend this property!

We were in KC for the Big 12 tourney. This location was perfect. It was a great clean house. All bedrooms are upstairs which was fine but might be an issue for seniors. Vanessa was awesome about communicating. we would stay here again.

Highly recommend

Very clean. Convenient location. Well stocked. Extra touches such as K cups, spices/oils for cooking, bathroom amenities greatly appreciated. Was in town for a tennis tournament and very convenient to the tournament site. Grocery stores and restaurants close by. Relatively short drive to airport.

2023 Draft Trip

We recently had a great time in Kansas City and a fantastic experience at the house. It was relaxing and the Host/Manager of the property was so good to us. This place was so cozy and welcoming. We were in town to see someone close to us be drafted. The person was a first round pick and the hospitality of this host allowed us to stay uninterrupted by media and his fans.

Family Wedding

We had a wonderful time at our stay at Vanessa's home! There were four of us and we had so much room! The kitchen, family room and dining area were perfect! Bed's are so comfortable!!! Easy highway access. We had one small item we asked about and Vanessa got back to us immediately and gave us options that went above and beyond! I would stay here again! Thank you!!!

Wedding Trip

Overall was a good experience. Place was clean and amenities and rooms were as described. Beds are very comfortable, thinking about purchasing one of those mattresses. We had a plumbing issue and Vanessa was very responsive. My only suggestion would be to get the issue fully resolved. It seems as if it’s an ongoing thing, as you can see water damage and smell some humidity in the kitchen. Other than that, overall a nice place to rest and relax while staying in Kansas City.

Disappointed

Neighborhood is fine and conveniently located. The deck looks out onto a neighbor’s junky driveway with multiple cars in various states of disrepair. “Fenced-in backyard” is a tiny space covered mostly in gravel and a little patch of weedy grass. The photos of the bedrooms, make them look luxurious. They are serviceable, at best. The closet in the master bedroom is a linen closet with children’s clothing hangers—a regular hanger does not fit because the closet is not deep enough. The closets in the other two bedrooms are standard size and roomy. Linens are not high quality and if you’re at all fussy about pillows, bring your own. There have been some updates to the condo, but most cabinetry doesn’t close properly, drawers stick, and hardware for towels, curtains, etc. are pulling away from the walls. The half bath, dining area, and living room are the best features of the condo and provided a nice area to gather. The condo was clean, although had a musty smell when we arrived. There was a blower fan on in the basement, which might indicate water damage and the reason for the odor. Check in and communication with the host, easy.

Christmas Stay in Overland Park

My family of 4 adults stayed at the property because it looked nice and was conveniently located close to my in town family. It suited us perfectly as everyone had their own comfortable bedroom and there were plenty of baths. Everything was clean and in order. The home was really quite cozy and very well appointed with helpful touches. Vanessa was very easy to communicate with throughout the trip. We would definitely stay there again.

Nice stay

Cute townhouse, cute neighborhood. Conveniently close to restaurants, target, grocery shopping and other amenities. Bedrooms were all upstairs but were comfortable. The property owner checked in regularly to make sure we were happy with everything. Would stay again if ever in the area.
