We loved our stay! Plenty of room to relax in this wonderful house. Great views and a short walk to the beach. Perfect central location for easy access north or south. The host is amazing and was able to quickly respond. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect for our family.

The property was perfect for our family with plenty of room and private spaces for all. Irina was responsive and pleasant to work with. The location was excellent for access to the beach, groceries, shops, and restaurants. The house was clean and extremely flamily friendly. The pool and exterior were also clean and well-maintained. We had everything we needed for our stay and would be eager to return.

Sandy Feet steps to the beach

We really enjoyed our stay! Host was very friendly! Clean, well equipped, beds were so comfy! I can’t say that enough we all slept great! Sit on the patio and watch the ocean waves, quiet and peaceful! It had everything we needed for the beach, bikes, kayaks, chairs, umbrellas and beach wagon to carry it all. Next time we go to Fort Myers Beach, this will be the place I check first.

The house was exactly like the photos listed. Beach was maybe a 3 minute walk. The beds were so comfortable! We hosted our Thanksgiving dinner with family at the house and it came with everything we needed for cooking and baking. The screened in porch was perfect to enjoy our morning coffee. Will try to book this house again next time we come to the area!

Family Spring Break

Great location, great space for our family of 5! This duplex had all the amenities needed for an enjoyable week at the beach - plenty of beach towels, sand toys, wagon, chairs, etc. The kitchen and bathroom were also well stocked with the little supplies that make things easier (spices, soaps, etc).We walked to the beach multiple times, quick 3 minute walk…our favorite part of the island as it’s a bit quieter and relaxed for families.The pool area is wonderful - turf, comfortable chairs and warm water!! It didn't register to me until we arrived - the pool is shared with the other duplex guests…not a huge deal for us, but something to be aware of.

Beautiful beach house!

This beach house was beautiful and clean. We stayed with my son, DIL, their 2 kids and my mom and there was ample space for all of us comfortably. This was the most well equipped beach house I have ever stayed in; it was stocked with linens, kitchen supplies and beach supplies. It was less than a 2-minute walk from the beach. We are grateful to have found this gem, and will plan to come back as soon as possible!

Perfect Spot!

This is such a great spot for family and friends. We enjoyed being able to walk right to the beach! It is very kid friendly. We didn’t even use all the rooms. Overall, a great experience, and we would book again in a heartbeat.

Nice place.

Nice property. Excellent location- 2 blocks to beach and limited view of the gulf from upstairs balcony. Spacious and comfortable. Bathrooms were suitable but could use updates. Same with some of the furnishings. Overall, very good.

Beach house

The check in process was delayed due to lack of communication from the landlord. After we finally gained access, however, the experience was great. We loved the location. We did have some problems with the bikes. We rented them each for the week but found the handlebars were not connected to the front wheel on one of the bikes. A trip to the hardware store and some repair work put the bike back in action. Other than that, the house was well stocked - the kitchen had everything we could need, there were abundant beach towels and beach chairs for use, and was close to the beach. It was very comfortable, the beds slept well. We enjoyed our time together. We appreciated the secure internet. The weather was perfect!

It is truly our happy place. we look forward coming back and are very sad to leave.
We are happy to share our house with everyone who already big fan of the island and can't wait to come back to visit, since hurricane took away a lot of people's favorite places and of course, we would love to host anyone who wants to explore the island for the first time!
