Side B is 900 Sq Feet 2BR 2BA - fully renovated, sparkling clean and stocked with everything you need for your relaxing beach vacation. Restored original wood floors throughout the upstairs give an "old Florida" homey feel. 2BR 1.5BA - 1 Kg, 1 Qn, 1 Qn sleeper sofa, Pack n' Play, modern furnished kitchen, W/D, HVAC, 3 TVS, Wifi, Cable, beach toys, umbrellas, towels, chairs and beach cart. Fenced in private patio for outside eating. Park 2 cars, and city parking for additional daily guests. Family friendly beach neighborhood - you will fall in love! Sleeps 6.

A coffee cup away from a walk on the beach. Very close and no traffic, no parking to worry about. Simply walk to the beach in less than a minute.

The beach cottage was perfect! It was clean, so close to the beach and had everything we needed. You are literal steps to the beach and the hosts have all the details covered from towels to a beach wagon with chairs to laundry detergent and a small vacuum. We would love to come back!

Great Location

This rental was the perfect spot for me and my dad for a Phillies Spring Training trip! The house itself was very clean and spacious. The location was ideal with the beach being steps away with an easy access. Lauren as a host was wonderful and very responsive when messaging!

So much fun!!

This place was so cute!!! It was the perfect little beach house and seriously steps away from the beach! Lauren was very quick to answer any questions/concerns we had and we would definitely stay here again! Can’t recommend enough. Even the neighbors were awesome:)

Redington Shores Getaway

We had a fabulous week at Redington Shores Sunny Beach Cottage-Side B. Everything was just as shown in the photos, and Lauren and Chris were very responsive to any questions we had. We were literally steps away from the beautiful beach! You will not be disappointed in this beach cottage.

Perfect Place

This perfect 2 bedroom house is minutes from the beach with everything you need to relax. As you walk into the home you will love the cleanliness; bright rooms and loaded with everything you need to relax (towels, chairs, umbrellas and etc.). The beds are comfortable and clean. Also, they welcomed our dog and had a perfect porch area for us to relax out back too. We loved everything!

Good Times!!

The Starfish Cottage works so well for us. Great location, close to the water, lots of good restaurants and things to keep us busy. The owner is great to work with. A couple minor issues and she was on it right away. Very responsive. Can't wait to return next season.

Better than expected!

This is our second time staying in Reddington Shores. Same street, different home. We love the area! Super close to the beach. We love Nachman’s Seafood and Wahoo’s (hopefully re-opening soon) right across the street. The house was fully stocked with all the kitchen & essentials. Beach cart, chairs, umbrellas, towels, everything we needed was there. The house was clean and I love that there is a little vacuum available for daily cleanup. Lauren was quick to respond if needed. Check in and check out was a breeze! Highly recommend!

Less than 2 minutes from the door to your toes in the sand

Great vacation property for a family vacation. The unit accommodated 5 adults. The beds were comfy and the pull out couch was comfortable. The kitchen had everything you would need for cooking. With 1.5 bathrooms we could all get dressed and not have to wait for the bathroom. The decor is updated and very inviting. There are many restaurants and groceries close so you can walk to just about anything. But the best part is it’s steps from the beach. The beach path is mere steps from the door. Had to contact the owner for a small issue and she was quick and very responsive. Would definitely rent again.

Best VRBO experience ever

Our experience at Lauren’s home was truly incredible. We had everything we needed right at our fingertips. We were steps from the beach, there were so many amenities provided (dish soap, laundry detergent, beach towels and beach chairs/cart/toys, coffee and coffee filters), and the beds were the most comfortable beds we’ve ever slept in. We felt “at home” the moment we walked in the door. We were simply blown away. From the start, Lauren contacted us to make sure that we got in ok and she made sure that we had everything we needed. Such great communication! Lauren’s home is located on a super quiet street and I’ve never felt more safe in someone else’s home than I did at Lauren’s. We would DEFINITELY stay again.

Lauren was an amazing host! The property was great and had plenty of items for us to take to the beach! She was very accommodating and responded quickly to any message. We would definitely stay here again and have already sent it to multiple friends!
