Bienvenue chez Sunglasses & Sunsets situé sur la plage de sable blanc du golfe de Redington Shores, en Floride. Nous sommes les nouveaux propriétaires de ce magnifique condo. Tout nouveau, y compris notre matelas Serta iComfort King Size et notre taie d'oreiller Beautyrest Queen Size. Il y a aussi un nouveau sofa sectionnel en cuir avec un dormeur queen size en mousse à gel de mémoire. Trois téléviseurs Samsung de 55 ", 42" et 32 "et Wifi gratuit (100mbps). Netflix inclus sur la télévision du salon et la télévision principale. La cuisine est en granit et les salles de bain ont été entièrement rénovées avec du granit et des carreaux personnalisés. Pas besoin d'aller à une laverie car nous avons une laveuse et une sécheuse à chargement frontal. Après une journée à la piscine privée chauffée et au spa, ou en marchant sur la magnifique plage qui se trouve à quelques pas, venez vous détendre sur notre balcon avec vue sur le golfe. Il y a des vues inter-côtières de chaque chambre et balcon. Le Maître sort aussi.
L'arrêt du chariot est juste devant notre bâtiment que vous pouvez conduire de Clearwater à St. Pete. Beaucoup de restaurants à distance de marche ou un court trajet en Uber. Nous sommes situés à 8 miles au sud de Clearwater et à environ 30 minutes de l'aéroport international de Tampa et encore plus près de St. Aéroport de Pete / Clearwater.

Fantastic stay!

What a perfect location and a great condo! The trolley stop was right out front. It’s also located next to the Seabird Sanctuary (which our daughter absolutely loved). We had a great trip! Easy to drive to Tampa and Clearwater for day trips, or you could take the trolley.

The Condo was very relaxing. Everything you may need was available. Building and condo very clean. The pool was not ready but you had the entire Gulf in front of you. We will definitely return.

Amazing Vacation!

We stayed at the San Remo 302 for a week in early June. The condo was very clean and very well maintained. It was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We could see the ocean from our balcony, and it was an easy walk to get to the beach. We really enjoyed our time there and are looking forward to going back next year!

Sunny Seventh Heaven

Beautiful condo with all of the accoutrements needed for a splendid time. The outdoor elements, the pool, the hot tub, the grills and the beach, only added to the enjoyment we experienced. This vacation merited a 10 out of ten! Thank you Elliot for a pleasurable stay.

Fabulous vacation

We love staying at San Remo, this is our third time, very friendly neighborhood, beach is usually not crowded. Enjoyed staying at this condo, everythingwas just as the photos, the couch is a little bit older due to use. The owner responded timely. The condo has plenty of items for the beach, like chairs, toys, boards, etc.

Nice condo

The condo was nice, but the parking was terrible because of the construction on the outside. This had nothing to do with the owner of the condo. I would stay here again once the construction was over.

Wish I had known about the construction —-very loud and made common area dirty/slow elevator (them using). But condo itself was very clean —just a few things Broken chair, instructions for W/D and TV would have been very helpful. Overall it is a great place!

Vacation Condo

Absolutely loved our week stay in Patti's Condo. Had everything you needed and extra. Very peaceful. Even with the balcony being under construction, it didn't disturb us at all. No loud noise or anything. Travel around area was close and easy to travel. Private beach, pool and hot tub came with rental. Never seen a building manager but didn't need anyone either. Any questions I had Patti answered and with quick responses. Condo decorated beautifully, felt homey. Hope to have another stay in Patti's condo. Loved it!

Wishing the pool and hot tub were operating as promised.

The owner had guaranteed us on Dec 12 that the pool pavers were coming and the fencing company would arrive the next week. He said the pool and hot tub would be running. When we arrived the pool & hot tub were not running and many other people at the San Remo said they would getting a rebate from their owners for lack of amenities. We contacted the owner & he said he would mail a rebate, but didn't specify how much. we would have rented elsewhere if we had of known the pool and hot tub were not operational.

Construction

We were told 13 days prior to our reservation about a “little construction” going on at the property but that our unit was finished. Our balcony was closed the entire stay. The balcony furniture was left in the living room. The outside storage area was closed due to construction. For the last 3 days there was no water in the pool area to wash feet or use the restroom. The noise was so loud the last half of our trip that you couldn’t be in the unit from 8am-5. The door to our balcony wouldn’t lock. It took most of the first evening to restore power to the tv wall and hall. The unit was beautiful and the location is amazing We just work really had to afford a vacation every year and this was not what we had hoped for. I also spent the first hour scrubbing mold from the inside of the washing machine. My complaint was first sent to the owner. During the trip I was told to go outside to avoid the noise and that they didn’t know it would be like that. The final complaint was left unanswered.

Shannan, we are so very sorry that your stay was not ideal. When we told you about the construction we offered you a full refund if you wanted to cancel. We would have liked to give you more of a heads up, but we can only go by what we are told about the progress. You let us know about the issues with the power and we sent someone down to help you with it and it got restored. As far as the washing machine, it is several years old and most guests keep the door closed so the rubber lining does not get to dry out. We will be replacing both the washer and dryer in the next few months. The outdoor storage area is open and you did not share that with us or any issues with the pool. This is the first we are hearing about it. When you sent a final correspondence you had already checked out and we had already apologized many times. As you stated, our unit is kept beautiful and we take pride in that. Construction puts a strain on everyone and we halted our rentals from October until now. The pool, hot tub, grills and restrooms are all completely renovated. Any issues there can only be reported and is out of our control. Again, we are extremely sorry.

My husband and I grew up in the Chicago area and currently reside in salem, SC. My family moved to the St. Petersburg area over 30 years ago. Sadly, my sister Lynne passed away from breast cancer in 2011. Her son, his wife and 3 beautiful children live in Seminole. Owning this condo and sharing it with others allows us the ability to visit more often and keep our family close. Spending time at the beach and pool is fun for all of us. We are making special memories together and hope you will too.
