Enjoy this 3 bed, 2 bath Gulf front, ocean view condo with a heated pool directly on the beach. The space provides direct beach access to a quieter area of the beach. Perfect for fishing or lounging. The unit is on the second floor with views of the gulf and breathtaking sunsets on your private balcony on the north side.

There may be some forms requested by the host via email once booking is confirmed depending on duration of stay or any other items needed by the homeowners association for our guests .

We are glad you enjoyed your stay however we we not happy of the condition the condo was left. After your stay we had to have the unit deep cleaned and repaired. The food left out on the counter, open fish in the fridge, ashes left on the plate and toilet seat, cracked counter top and just the general disarray of the unit was unacceptable.

Great location

Lovely unit that is well maintained and in a great location on the beach. Children’s park, mini-golf and restaurants close by. A great family place.

Relaxing week

This was a wonderful condo perfectly located on the beach. Quiet and most comfortable . There was a clean park across the street for the kids and very private. Parking was easy. You wont find a nicer sandy beach.

Wi-fi tv was a problem the first 3 days but then taken care of on 3rd day.

Relaxing paradise 🌴😎

We had perfect weather and enjoyed our stay! Super clean and had everything you would need for a tropical vacation. Very friendly neighbors and easy 5 minute drive to great food and shops. Beautiful clean pool and quiet beach. Loved watching the fishermen and dolphins from the deck. Would definitely stay here again😃

It was a nice relaxing stay for us , best place to be not busy or overwhelming. Well worth it. We will definitely be back And the room was nice and clean , beds and furniture were also very comfortable and clean.

Williams Family Reunion

Perfect location for our reunion. The rest of our family was staying at a property just south of this location and we were able to just walk the beach between. We were amazed at how few people were using the entire beach in that section. Weather was fantastic the whole time, so we had a wonderful experience and will definitely consider returning.

Very clean and spacious.

Enjoyed the stay. Beach area was quiet and very pleasant. Some of the homeowners of the condo complex we’re watching every move and that was annoying. Busy bodies! But the stay was wonderful!

We loved the beautiful location right on the beach! The condo was very nice and host was prompt in responding to all questions! The pool was great to relax in while watching the ocean! Don"t go.The whole place outside was a wreckNo swimming pool.The beach was very narrow and the surrounding neighborhood dismal.The price was outlandish given the circumstances. A really bad situation.

Hi there, so sorry you feel that way about your stay. I did make you aware of the circumstances many many times prior to your arrival. You had very poor communication and never responded to my text messages or emails in regards to the situation. The condo looks incredible compared to where we were just a few months back post hurricane Milton and Helene. I texted and emailed you several times with no response. I do believe that you may have had somebody else making the reservation for you since the person on the reservation did not match who stayed in our unit. Seems like the communication on your end with whoever booked, your stay was not very clear. I sent many videos, many pictures and explained in detail on the listing where we were in regards to our repair work from the hurricane. You also contacted the Redington Beach commerce and they made you aware of the conditions that we all were experiencing.
