The place is as listed. It was a great care giver getaway spot. It was easy access to get to the beach and a race track. Very friendly host who thought of everyday essentials to have at the house. Highly recommend this spot!

Perfect place for what we needed on our trip! Location awesome! Robinson Preserve so close and calming place to see and kayak! King size bed and a futon couch! Had two mini frig/freezers, coffee pot AND coffee. Microwave and also an Air fryer which was great for any meal that you bring whether fresh, frozen, or left overs. Pool right outside door where can choose shade or sun to sit and enjoy! Host was wonderful and very welcoming!!! Definitely would choose again!

Very clean. Colleen was very sweet and will wash your dishes since there’s not a sink in the kitchenette. She lives in the main part of the house. There is only an air fryer, microwave and electric skillet in the closet. She will take care of anything you need. Can’t beat the price. And the pool is kept clean.

Very clean, the host was very good at communication. We were there for an event so we wouldn't have to drive back to Tampa. It was a seamless stay. The host had snacks and small fridge and freezer, coffee maker, air fryer and microwave. It was a older and a little dated, but clean and just what we needed. We would stay again.

Our stay here was just perfect - great location, everything we needed, Bryce left very good instructions for anything that we might have needed (we didn’t 😊), and very comfortable! We were close to everything but felt like we had our own little private place too. Will definitely come back here.

We had good communication with specific easy directions to get in. The place was immaculate and very charming. Very thoughtful with the ammenities. Bed was very comfy. Only thing I can say is I wish I could of been able to control the heater. It was a chilly night and most people would love they were thoughtful to have it toasty in there. We just do not sleep with the heater on so we took a minute to adjust. Was not in any way terrible, just a suggestion. Other than that it was an amazing place and we appreciated every detail. 10/10

Wedding weekend

Amazing place to stay! Gulf access to the beach was a little long but traffic was bad that weekend. Plenty of restaurants and gas stations around the area. All and a a 10/10! Also found out there is a friendly cat next to the pool!!

Started and ended our stay with a good feeling!

The host was wonderful, wanting to be sure we were happy with everything, from arrival to departure. Everything was as expected , and very comfortable, had everything we needed . Location close to everything, so that made it more perfect! Will def be staying here next time we visit AMI!

We also provide free parking, private entry, access to a pool, BBQ grill, patio, tv, free WIFI, private shower and bathroom, along with of course a king size bed.
