Very clean, the host was very good at communication. We were there for an event so we wouldn't have to drive back to Tampa. It was a seamless stay. The host had snacks and small fridge and freezer, coffee maker, air fryer and microwave. It was a older and a little dated, but clean and just what we needed. We would stay again.

Place was clean. It was quiet. Pool needs some work. We didnt like that someone lived in the same building . We thought it was a house by itself. We give it a little above average rating. I will say we are on the picky side of things. It was adequate .

Our stay here was just perfect - great location, everything we needed, Bryce left very good instructions for anything that we might have needed (we didn’t 😊), and very comfortable! We were close to everything but felt like we had our own little private place too. Will definitely come back here.

Amazing place to stay! Gulf access to the beach was a little long but traffic was bad that weekend. Plenty of restaurants and gas stations around the area. All and a a 10/10! Also found out there is a friendly cat next to the pool!!

Perfect

Bryce showed lots of hospitality, before even arriving and was quick responding to my questions. Its a perfect place for a small family 1 HUGE comfy bed and a futon pull out if needed . My son was in love with the pool . Thanx for hosting us ! We'll be back :)

Nice place to stay at a great rate

The rental is as described. It was very clean and as a female traveling alone, I felt very safe staying there. The providing of extra amenities such as paper plates, plastic utensils, coffee, and toiletries was very considerate and very much appreciated. I would definitely stay there again if i was back in the area. The owners communication was great and he left motes with any extra information that I might have needed. He made sure that I knew how to get hold of him if I had any questions or concerns.

Being over charged

This was my first time booking on this app but we added a person to our trip last minute and when we got there the lady told us it was okay, then a few days later I got a charge for 40 so I messaged and they said the rates changed but they’ll still stay with the 15 per person since that’s how it was when I booked so they changed the 40 back to 15. You’re to be quiet after 11pm. It says there’s a washer and dryer but you don’t have access to it, you put a hamper on the patio and they take it and do it for you.

Studio apartment close to Anna Maria Island and Robinson preserve!

This was a great place to stay if you want to be close to the island and hiking trails on a budget. I would not recommend it for more than two people as the couch is very small and uncomfortable to sleep on. The large bedroom and king size bed were very comfortable and the studio was very clean.

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. The stay is located within walking distance of a beach, grocery store, post office, clothing store, beauty salon, multiple banks and plenty of restaurants. We also provide free parking, private entry, access to a pool, BBQ grill, patio, tv, free WIFI, private shower and bathroom, along with of course a king size bed.
