Located 25 minutes from PHX Sky Harbor and 15 minutes from Phoenix Gateway. Rest and Recovery

We used the Igloo as our home base for my brother’s full knee replacement surgery. The layout and accessibility made for a perfect place to recuperate. The location is great being just off University we had access to several different grocery stores and restaurants. I highly recommend the Igloo for your stay in the East Mesa area.

Always great!

We come to AZ at least a couple time a year. We are repeat renters of this property! Bobbi Jo is extremely responsive. The house is clean and extremely comfortable with all amenities you need. I have not had any complaints over the last 4 years! Highly recommend this home!

Cozy and quiet

Just a had a great week long stay at this house. Had great communication with owner before and throughout our stay. It was very comfortable and had a lot of upgrades. The place was spotless inside and out when we arrived. It was fully stocked with anything you could possibly need. The kitchen had all modern appliances and made me a little jealous because it was nicer than mine. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Plenty of grocery stores nearby. Great hiking at Usery Park just 15 min away. TVs were all newer flatscreens with plenty of streaming apps. The WiFi was fast and reliable. Dogs loved the backyard and I loved the artificial grass for cleaning up after them. We had no issues to speak of and would definitely recommend this house and stay here again.

The best trip ever

We took our first trip ever with our handicaped son. Although the drive was long, he was so comfortable there. The house easily accommodated his power wheelchair and the bathroom and shower in the master bed room were a caregivers dream. He so enjoyed the bag yard during the day and at night. It was very peaceful and calming. I so wish we would have had more time there he didn't want to leave. The house has everything you could need. Your basics are all there. You just have to buy your food. Hope to be able to rent it in the future. Thank you for allowing us to stay and create a nice e memory. Sandy,Dave and ,Jake

Checking in was smooth less. Property was updated and was perfect for my spouse and I as I am in a wheelchair. Able to move around property with no problem. The shower was also easy access.

Great House! 10 out of 5 stars!

We've stayed in many homes and this was a clear winner! Great location and quiet neighborhood. The house was spotless and very generously stocked with essentials. You could literally, bring a toothbrush! All the modern upgrades, large TV's, comfy beds and plenty of room was perfect for the five grown adults in our group. Our 22 year old "gamer" nephew was beyond happy! In the extra room we set up a blow up bed and he had his own private space with gaming chairs and TV all to himself. He was in heaven! All the wonderful modern appliances and full stocked dishes -pots and pans made it easy to cook, just like home. I think I'll be changing a couple brands in our home! Got to mention, that front door- sweet! The movie chairs were so welcomed after a long day golfing or out shopping. I can't say enough about this home. Amazing bathrooms- BEAUTIFUL! Our hosts were beyond gracious. Check in was a breeze and they insured we had everything we needed. Our home owners we're just so great, we cannot thank them enough for the efforts and the attention to detail of their home. I hope by saying "the nicest home we've ever rented" it is still available when we come back. We visit the Mesa area a couple times a year and hope we can still get a room. Once the word is out on this place, it will be book solid.

We are both from the mid-west (MO and OH) originally. We’ve been married over 25 years and have grown to love the area and the surroundings. We are both service oriented people and love hosting our beautiful home to anyone visiting family, trying a new experience, returning visitors and / needing housing while building. Clothes and groceries are basically all you need. We’ve tried to think of everything else.

This was a family member’s home that we felt needed a lift (inside and out). The pools and club houses are kept up nicely and are close to the house. There are many activities in the winter to join in on. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly.
