Walk to the Beach! Pet and Boat Friendly!

"Holiday Beach House" This house is spacious and offers plenty of room for a large group or multiple families. There is a master bedroom downstairs with a king bed, private bathroom, desk area and access to the backyard. There is also a den/bedroom with a new queen-sized sofa sleeper and its own full bathroom with access to the backyard. The upstairs has 2 large bedrooms with a half bath inside one bedroom and a full bathroom to share. One is a private bedroom with a king bed and sitting area. The other bedroom offers a large room with 2 sets of triple bunk beds, a queen bed, a futon bed and 2 folding mattresses. There is a mini fridge and closet. Each bedroom has its own balcony. There is a smart TV in the living room and every bedroom.

There is a huge wrap around deck and large yard. LOTS OF OUTDOOR SEATING. Charcoal and propane BBQ grill, griddle and outside dining area near kitchen. This is a great area to take a long walk along the lagoon which is only 1 block away or the beach which is only 3 blocks away. Great location on East end PCB. There are several places to eat, drink and listen to live music within walking distance. Tootsies Orchid Lounge is opening soon less than a mile away. Also, close to golf cart rentals and amusement areas. Public parking and beach access nearby. Only 1 mile to St Andrews State Park. Bring your boat, jet skis, kayaks... easy to launch from nearby public launches. There is a wagon provided to tote things to the beach. Assortment of games, beach toys, lawn chairs and other items left there for you to use. There are bikes available at your own risk. We recently added a large SWIM SPA (no inground pool) and 2 separate fenced yards. Parking for 6 cars and boat parking available.

House Rules:
No groups of single adults under 25; young families welcome.
No smoking or vaping in the house or within 10 feet of a door or open window.
No parties or events. Home is on septic, so occupancy is strictly enforced. Outside quiet hours are 10pm - 8am.
Garage is not included in the rental.
Must sign rental agreement.
Swim Spa at your own risk. Tenant responsible for damages or accidents.
Pet approval needed and extra fee charged. Breed restrictions on pets.
A security deposit of $500 is placed as a hold on your credit card 3 days before arrival.

Pet Friendly! We offer discounts for our Dog Day Care/Boarding and Grooming. Free dog bath for each pet. We love your dogs! Kennels, beds and toys available upon request.
