We were in town for the Ironman 70.3, this place was conveniently located close to downtown (for check in/dinner/lunch sports/near the finish) and then only 15 mins from the start/beach. Across the street from a rec center/park as well. House was great for the 8 of us (4 adults and 4 kids).

Me and my adult kids stayed here for the Ironman. The place couldn’t have been better. Super clean, comfy beds and nice hosts. Would definitely stay again!

Wish we had more time!

Everything about this house gave comfort! Beds were comfortable and the couch was so comfortable it was hypnotizing. Home was so relaxing we were afraid to sit that we’d loose all our outside things to do for falling victim to the comforting environment! The showers were like a spa and the placement of the decor made this location so picturesque. I love this spot. Thank you for everything. Can’t wait to comeback soon!

Family weekend trip.

This house is beautifully decorated and close to the waterfront. We wanted a 3 bedroom place to visit with two of our adult children in the area. This home was perfect for us with plenty of room. Everything you would need to prepare meals was readily available although we chose to eat most of the time downtown. The house is in the historic district so there is some construction on some of the streets. They have outdoor seating on both levels in the front as well as a back patio. The host is very responsive. The only minor difficulty we had was a slow streaming tv in the living room while my husband watched a race. There were thunderstorms in the area which could have definitely contributed to that. Otherwise, beautiful place to stay close to the downtown riverfront. It was an easy drive to the beach and to the college as well. The beds were comfortable and there was great water pressure. We definitely recommend staying here!

Super Comfortable Home, Close to Everything

Easy 5 star experience, went for a wedding in downtown and stayed with a group of 6 people. The beds were super comfortable, couch and tv area was perfect for naps after a night of hitting the bars. Also an extremely great value when comparing to hotels in the area. 10/10 experience.

Weekend Stay For Wilmington Wedding

Our stay in Wilmington this weekend was fine. Super close to downtown and walkable to where our friends’ wedding was being held! The house was clean and we loved that each bedroom had a tv in it! During our check in, the house alarm system went off and we had to deal with the local police to get everything figured out. Not the best way to start our weekend and we wish the host had been more responsive on our check in and check out days.
