You will feel like this is your home away from home. This 3 bedroom home has comfortable beds and a great above ground pool in the fenced-in backyard. Bring your kids and your dog. This home is centrally located, close to I-40, UNCW, the airport, downtown Wilmington and Wrightsville Beach. The pool is closed from Labor Day until the beginning of May.

Great getaway great house!

Had a great time staying at this lovely Wilmington home. Great home, pretty clean, pretty stocked with necessities and great size for the size of the group that stayed. Ashley is very responsive as well!

Wonderful visit!

The house was super comfy and clean. It was so nice to stay here! We had a family get together at the beach with family spread out over multiple hotels. Our family of 6 stayed here and I think we definitely had it best! Ashley thought of everything!

Perfect for the trip.

It was perfect for my parents and us. The rooms were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with all things needed to make a home cooked meal for my college kid.

Wonderful place to stay

We went for a weekend trip for my aunts 70th birthday and it was beyond wonderful. The place was very clean, inviting and overall just had a good vibe for the home. The property owner sent me a message just checking to make sure we were OK and didn't need anything. Very friendly but not intrusive. The neighborhood is quiet and not far from anything in Wilmington. We will definitely stay here again!

Cozy

Came for the weekend for graduation. This home was very clean and comfortable. Situated close to UNCW and historic downtown Wilmington AND the beach! The weather wascrummy so we were not able to enjoy the pool but I highly recommend this cute little place. Ashley was flexible with our schedule and needs and that meant everything.Thank you Ashley!

Best weekend getaway

We had the best stay. It was just a long weekend getaway for some of my family and husband and i and our pups. The house is so vacation feeling from the house to the backyard with the very well maintained pool. We had forgot some things that were there already and left some things for future guests. The book they leave with all th details about them and the area was so great and useful. We will return for sure. Thank you for creating such a great place to stay and go to the beach. ❀⛱

Ashley was the perfect host, responded quickly to any questions. The house was very clean and comfortable. Many of the other rentals we viewed had very uncomfortable looking furniture. This one has a cushiony sectional and two comfortable chairs. The kitchen was well equipped with everything possible with plenty of seating at the dining room table. There is even a doggy station with bowls and a container of doggy treats! The yard is also securely fenced and I did not have to worry about my Yorkie escaping Nothing was overlooked, including emergency flashlights in every room. We literally could have arrived with nothing but food and clothing and would have been all set. It is located in a quiet neighborhood, yet is convenient with beaches, restaurants, gas stations, etc. My brother lives close by and we have highly recommended this home for whenever he may have an overflow of visitors.
