Indoors, you’ll find a great open-concept design, each bedroom offers a unique wall-art-themed style to set the mood. The master bedroom has a private bathroom and a large walk-in closet with a new washer and dryer set. Fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances including a new dishwasher, Keurig machine, and a blender. A glass-top breakfast nook seating for up to 6.

The large open-floor living room has an elegant dining table for up to 10. The mural beside the fireplace creates a great area for a quiet nightcap. There’s more room to relax in a second living area for entertainment and game night with the family.

Note: We are aware of the value service animals bring to people, and we are aware of VRBO's policy of allowing service animals without discrimination unless health and safety become an issue. My children suffer from moderate to severe pet allergies and this is our secondary living space when not hosting guests. As such, we do not allow any service animals. Thank you for understanding!

Upon arrival, you'll receive a personal code for the front door entrance. Plenty of parking on the property.

The property is equipped with an exterior security camera. Cameras are installed primarily as a theft deterrent and to avoid police dispatch. No cameras are placed inside, or with any view of the interior of the property. Security cameras may be used to verify compliance with rental policies.

- Please note that the City of Palm Springs has a very strict noise ordinance for vacation rentals and a zero-tolerance policy for any type of amplified music played outdoors or played indoors that can be heard outdoors. This regulation applies to every short-term rental property within the city of Palm Springs. If there is a complaint to the city by a neighbor and a compliance officer is dispatched to the home, the contracted renter will receive a $500 citation from the City of Palm Springs. This would also result in the renters being evicted with no refund.

- Trash is collected on Fridays. No need to roll the bins out the city takes care of it.

- Pool cleaning occurs on Tuesdays and Fridays.

- Landscaping occurs on Mondays.

- Pool heating is $85/night available by request in advance. It is recommended to heat the pool from October to March. Let us know at least 1 day before your arrival if you'd like the pool heated.

-Spa Jets can be turned on from the wall controller unit located on the exterior wall facing the pool.

-Spa/Pool lights are on a schedule, but they can be manually turned on/off from the same wall controller.

-Spa heating can also be turned on/off from the wall unit. There is an additional daily $85 charge for heating the Pool. Advance notice is needed for pool heating which is only controlled remotely.
