Imaginez-vous dans cette maison moderne récemment rénovée, de plus de 2600 pieds carrés, entiÚrement meublée, lumineuse et aérée avec une vue imprenable sur les montagnes de San Jacinto depuis les cours avant et arriÚre. Détendez-vous au bord de la piscine ou détendez-vous dans notre nouveau spa pour 7 personnes et profitez de l'intimité de cette retraite ... combinaison idéale d'emplacement, de confort, d'intimité et de style.

Avec 4 chambres, 4 salles de bains, 2 salons, 2 salles à manger, un salon extérieur couvert et des tonnes d'espace ouvert! 3 des 4 chambres sont des chambres de maßtre avec salle de bain attenante. 2 chambres de maßtre ont un accÚs direct à la piscine. La 3e chambre principale dispose de sa propre entrée et d'un espace bureau / stockage séparé. Master Bath # 1 a deux lavabos, une douche à l'italienne et une baignoire séparée.

NOUVELLE CUISINE HAUT DE GAMME POUR MOURIR! La nouvelle cuisine propose des comptoirs en quartz, des appareils LG en acier inoxydable et de nouvelles armoires. Tous les nouveaux meubles et décorations ... y compris une nouvelle laveuse et sécheuse.

Le salon principal est plein de verre, vous pouvez donc regarder directement la piscine et la toile de fond avec vue sur la montagne.

Stationnement hors rue pour jusqu'à 4 voitures. Les tarifs sont basés sur une réservation pour un maximum de 8 personnes. La limite d'occupation est strictement appliquée.

Great property and a very welcoming host. It was perfect for our group of 6. Location is convenient both to the airport and downtown PS. I highly recommend and will definitely come back.

A wonderful mid-century, spacious house that is comfortable and well appointed. The kitchen appliances are “high-end”. A wonderful heated pool and hot tub, are enjoyable after a busy day. The house is in a convenient location to downtown Palm Springs and is in a quiet residential area. There were 5 adults and all had a personal space that allowed privacy. Would stay at this house again when we return to the Palm Springs area. Great communication with manager.

perfect location!

This house was lovely and spacious. We had a great time in the pool and hot tub. The 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms plus 2 separate living rooms gave us plenty of space. The location is perfect for the restaurants and museums in Palm Springs.

Perfect home for a group trip

This home exceeded our expectations in every way! If you are traveling with a group of friends, this place is perfect because each one of the bedrooms has its own private bathroom. Plus the communal space is more than adequate with two living areas, two dining areas, plus two covered outdoor spaces. We used the pool and hot tub every day. The home would also be great for a larger family group.I especially appreciated the courteous and prompt assistance we received from the manager leading up to and during our stay. I would definitely recommend this property and hope to stay here again in the future!

We had a fabulous time at this property. The house layout is great for a multi family trip. The house was clean and well stocked. Location was great and we throughly enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. We would definitely come back.

Team house

I used the property to house me and some of my teammates for a weekend softball tournament. The house was very nice and very accommodating for all of us. We had a great time all weekend.

Loved this place :) Outdoor space is lovely with covered patio with couches, awesome pool, and lounge chairs/umbrellas. Inside, the kitchen was well stocked with everything that you would need and accommodations were comfortable. Neighborhood is quiet and centrally located, with an easy quick car trip to downtown and Sunrise Park. Highly recommend!

Palm Springs Weekend

A group of 5 friends came to Palm Springs for a quiet weekend. The home was perfect for our needs. Everyone had space and privacy. The common areas were perfect to gather for morning coffee. Highly recommend.

Yep!

Yep, this was a terrific pic! We had four 70+, two 40+ and one 11 teen in our group. There was plenty of room with the two living rooms and two outdoor spots. The location was very close to our favorite downtown eateries. We would re rent this place.

Relaxing and space to spread out

The kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook and just hang out and enjoy the pool and hot tub. Very walkable distance into town if you feel like shopping or eating out. Home was very clean and has plenty room to spread out. Beds were comfortable. Manager was friendly and very helpful. Plan to book again for next year.

Palm Springs is a great escape destination for us! When we turn onto Highway 111, there is a feeling of calm that grips us. The weather is inviting, the temperature is moderate, the scenery is soothing and there is good food, arts & culture, world-class outdoor activities to enjoy. Undoubtedly Palm Springs is a great getaway.

We purchased this home because it matches our lifestyle. I come from a very large family with 5 siblings. Jessica is a professional event planner, thus we love to entertain our friends and family...so we needed a home large enough to accommodate all of us.
