Master bedroom with bathroom, bunk room with bathroom (the bunk room has one bunk bed and no door), sofa sleeper. Balcony with lazy river and bay view. You will find everything here from Lazy River, seven pools (one heated, one with waterfall), hot tubs, zero entry pool, gym, bbq area. Next door is an arcade with virtual reality, bar and food. You have access to swim and play in both the ocean and the bay. It is a short walk to the Okaloosa boardwalk for shopping, restaurants and fun. Destin West Beach and Bay Resort I am available by phone, text or email.

This condo was the perfect size for our family! We had a wonderful view of the bay and close to pools, lazy river, and hot tubs which was loved by our teens and us alike. Everything was clean and the beach gear in the closet was a wonderful suprise. We will definitely stay here again.

End of summer getaway

With the beach on one side, the bay on the other, multiple pools, and the lazy river, why would you want to go into Destin and sit in traffic? Good restaurants within minutes away!!! Great place to stay!

Family and friends perfect stay

The condo was perfectly sized for 2 adults and three teenagers. It was very clean and provided washer and dryer, with condo beach towels, that gave us the option of packing lighter. Vacation was relaxing, enjoying the condo and beach amenities, along with other activities conveniently within a couple miles.

Perfect getaway

We loved the condo and super cold AC! Enjoyed the view of the lazy river and the beautiful bay. So fun to walk down and float or soak in the hot tub to end the day. We also really enjoyed walking along the pier on the bay side. The walk to the beach was a little tiresome, but maybe the ocean/sun/sand also had a little to do with that. Would stay here again and would highly recommend to friends and family. Also the communication with host was prompt and professional. Thank you for hosting our family!

Kids vacation

I brought 2 if my teenage grandchildren for a weekend get away. They loved the pool and lazy river on Friday but Sat was crowded and there was no security as there used to be. There were people standing in the river with their coolers light it was a bar and kids were canon balling in to the pool where others coukdnt enjoy it. There were people in the river way after closing and their noise was keeping us awake. The sofabed in the condo needs to be replaced. Every time you moved it had an annoying squeek. What little security was there Fri seemed more concerned about wrist bands than huge floats in the pool or drunks. Maybe by our next visit things will be better supervised and they can reach a happy medium.

We traveled from Michigan to spend the month of February out of the cold weather and it was great!

This property is on the bayside of Destin West and it was much better than Destin West Gulfside for soaking in the sunshine because the ocean wind often made it to chilly to enjoy. The kitchen was well stocked, clean throughout the condo and the Owner Amie was very quick to respond and respectful in her correspondence with us anytime we had a question. We brought our bikes with us and found beautiful places to ride. This condo was the perfect size for us! The only negatives we saw was that because of the building facing north to south we never got any sunshine on the balcony for enjoying a morning coffee or evening glass of wine. The view is beautiful of the heated 😊 pools and palm trees were beautiful none the less! Also, it would be nice to have a doorstop on the front door for moving things in and out. We would highly recommend this property without any concerns. We look forward to returning next year but for 6-8 weeks instead of 3!đŸ˜ŠđŸ˜Žâ˜€ïž

Great Location

We love staying at Destin West! The pictures are a great reflection of what the condo looks like. We can’t wait to go back next summer. Next door on the gulf side is a great little dive bar Ricks on the Island. We love the oysters.

Great Property on the Bayside!

Our family stayed at this property during a softball tournament and it was great! Nice and clean with updated appliances. Awesome place to stay with easy access to the lazy River and pools and a quick walk to the beach. Definitely recommend!

Home Away From Home

This is our 3rd time staying at this complex and this has to be the cleanest one we have been at. Amie was easy to communicate with and was quick to respond. The condo is just as explained. The bed are really comfortable. We loved the balcony furniture so much we went online found some like it and bought it to be sent home to MI. Our favorite hangout was on the balcony no matter what time of the day we went out there. You will not be disappointed if you choose to stay here! We will definitely be back!
