INCLUDED IN YOUR RESERVATION:

- We maintain the pool/spa at 70 degrees. If you’d like it warmer, just let us know at least 48 hours before arrival so we can have it ready for you. Pool (85) heat is available for $35/day or $225/week plus tax (minimum 2 consecutive days). Please note the pool system will not operate at full capacity when Air Temp is 50 degrees or cooler. No pool heat refunds will be offered based on weather conditions. Please let us know if you’d like to add heating or if you have any questions!

- Guests are welcome to use the grill free of charge. Any propane left onsite by previous guests is available for your use. Let us know if you would like to purchase full propane tanks before your arrival.

- Kid friendly! Complimentary children’s amenities; Pack N Play, stroller, highchair, and safety gate

- We provide free itinerary guides designed by locals for families or adults. You will be able to download them when you book with us.

- Dogs are allowed and must be authorized by the Host. No Cats or other animals. Pet Cleaning & Sanitation Fee added per pet.

Location is key. The community has a lot of perks and this unit had all the right accommodations to make it ideal for our purposes. The place was clean and had most all of the basic supplies we needed. The linens, beds and furnishings were clean and comfortable as well.The gas grill appeared to be serviceable, but the propane tank was empty and we weren't interested in taking the time or paying to exchange it for a new one, so we did without.The host was friendly, communicative, and responsive. We had a couple of minor issues that they worked to resolve quickly.

2 week stay. Clean! Smelled nice when we arrived. Very cute! Our girls loved the house and thought the kids rooms were awesome! There is so much room in the kids rooms and the beds were super comfortable! Tons of pillows and extra blankets! Each room had a big box fan in the closet which we all greatly appreciated! The closets had plenty of hangers and hanging inserts for clothes to stay organized! They provided a lot of “get started” supplies like dishwasher pods and papers towels etc. there was shampoo, conditioner and body wash in all of the showers! management was easily reachable and responded quickly to any question I had. Would definitely stay again!

Great Stay!

The property was very clean and had plenty of room for our family. The kids loved the themed rooms and heated pool. The property owner had exceptional communication throughout our stay, even when we had late night questions. Would highly recommend.

Everything we could have asked for

We stayed at this property for 10 days. It was clean and equipped with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and The location was amazing (close to all parks). I was impressed by the owner who checked in with me the day we arrived and part way through our stay. I felt looked after and encouraged that if we had any issues, they’d be quick to address it. Luckily, our time here was issue free. The plunge pool was perfect for us when we needed to cool off. The Storey Lake community was incredible. I’m happy to say that our time there was pleasant. Would return anytime

Delay in Check in, Dirty Pillows with Food and Urine.

There was a 1 hour and a half delay in check in due, while the cleaning staff worked to clean the unit, we were not advised in advance of delay, we had to wait in our car while the cleaning staff cleaned the unit. The throw pillows and carpet were covered in food and other substances. The trundle bed pillows were soaked in urine, (obviously not changed before our check-in. When we addressed concerns, we were only offered a late check out for the amount of time, of delay in check in. They completely minimize the cleanliness issues even though photos were sent to address concerns.
