Magnifique Brand New 4 Chambres, 3 Salles de bains Location de vacances avec piscine sur un lac. Situé à Storey Lake Resort. Les chambres sont composées de maître 1-roi, 1 chambre avec deux lits jumeaux et 1 lit superposé avec deux lits doubles, tous à l'étage. En bas, il y a une chambre avec lit Queen size. Communauté la plus proche de Disney, Disney Springs, Malls, Walmart. This was a great property. We visited Epic Universal during our stay and the location is super close to the parks. We loved the community pool/lazy river area. The extra fees to heat the pool and the grill were not listed in the original listing and found out about the add-ons after we booked. I feel for the price the grill should not be extra. The communication was great and would stay here again!

The place lacks the essentials needed for a long vacation and the number of that can stay. The kitchen does not have towels, pot holders, dish clothes. Each bathroom only has 2 bath towels.The pool lights did not work messaged the host received no reply., missing light bulbs in lamps. The pool guy left the hose in the pool on our 4th day and never returned to remove it. Did not message property owner about as they already had not responded to previous messages.

Great house- great location. Seemed to have been recently remodelled. Enjoyed our stay. A couple of things that others may want to be aware of. First, compared to the other VRBOs and AirB&Bs that we have stayed at, the supplies that were provided were pretty bare-bones. Most places have cooking supplies (salt/pepper, hot pads, dish towels, aluminum foil, etc.). Not here. One bedroom had a clock with no battery and a lamp with no bulb- no spares. No coffee/filters, laundry detergent, etc. No instructions for the TV (or anything else, for that matter). Second, the listing didn't mention the 45/day charge to heat the pool, and the 50 charge to use the BBQ grill. Would definitely recommend this place, as long as you are OK with the fees and bringing everything that you might need that isn't specifically mentioned in the listing. Host responded to all inquiries, maybe not as fast as a lot of places (especially on move-in day).

Perfect place for our family of 6

This is our families 2nd time staying at this condo and it did not disappoint. The condo is well-stocked, clean and super cozy. Also, the location can't be beat! The check-in and check- out process is super easy. We will definitely be back!

Great stay!

We enjoyed our stay! Great location, safe area, large space with a great little pool. The waterpark area was a nice bonus. We were close to everything. The house had everything we needed to enjoy our quick trip to the area. The property is well maintained and clean.

Perfect for Disney vacation

Property was good size and very comfortable for family of 5 and 2 grandparents. A few minor maintenance upkeep items required but overall very good. Missing common spices and coffee supplies so don’t forget to grab those.

Family Vacation

This property has a lot of potential, but it is tired. The towels, the sheets, and the furniture were worn. In fact, the towels were limited. In a bedroom for two, there should be at least three towels. Most women use two towels when they shower - One for their hair and one for their body. Two of the televisions did not work. You were prompt to take care of this problem the next day. Thank you. Upon our arrival, we could not gain entry. The door code that had been given to us was incorrect. Fortunately, there was a phone number to call on the wall, so we were able talk to someone and get another code so we could get in. The pool upon our arrival was not clean. Someone did come the next day to clean it. He checked the water, stirred the bottom and then skimmed it. He did not vacuum. If we had had a skimmer, we could have skimmed off the bugs and dirt floating on the top. The next day, when we went in the bottom was stirred up and again, we had floaties on the surface. In addition, the house was poorly supplied. It is easy to see that this house is not owner-occupied. If a family is traveling and planning to stay only a few days, there should at least be salt & pepper, coffee filters and dishwasher soap. There were no games, books, or even a notebook giving tips about the area restaurants and activities. No comforts of home. It was like we were in a hotel! I have stayed in many rental properties, and this was by far the poorest supplied. Bonnie Estey

Family Fun in Orlando

I would have to say the place was very nice roomy and spacious for our group of 7 adults! We love to Back patio and pool area!! The kitchen was nice to cook in but definitely needs new pans to cook in. Everything else we were able to get by with! Also could use a few more bath towels! I as a women use a least 2 myself!!! But overall the property was beautiful and easy to move around and to access and the amenities around we really enjoyed our stay! Thanks Pam

Deconova Disappoints

The condo was exactly as advertised. There were little things. Lamp in master bedroom did not work. Very noisy plumbing in master bath with tub faucets were turned on. Noisy mattress in master bedroom. All in all though, the condo was very good. Deconova, however, really needs to work on their communication with their customers. I recieved no info from them that the condo had been reserved. When the latter payment was due, there was nothing from them stating that the balance had been paid. I did receive an update from them a couple of days prior to arrival. The day before we checked out, an email was sent out listing everything you would be charged for if things were not as they should be…. . Just did not seem to be customer friendly at all!! Will not rent from this third party again.

Great location and place to stay!

The property was very clean when we arrived. Although there were a few updates needed, it was a great property. Loved the clubhouse access where we spent two days staying at home and going to the clubhouse where there is a lazy river, mini golf, swimming pools and slides. Very close to Seaworld and the theme parks! Make sure you plan parking passes at the theme parks since they cost a ton!

Megacon house

Loved the layout. Had plenty of space for 2 adults and 8 teens who went to Megacon Orlando! Lazy River had lots of guests for a hot day but still felt spread out. Nice walking paths and bridges in the neighborhood. Publix grocery store VERY close and food/Krispy Kreme stores close too!

Family trip

The House overall is in pretty good shape. But there were a few issues that need to be addressed. 1. The mattresses squeak like crazy! 2. The blinds on 1st floor were broken and missing. 3. Master shower valve was very noisy during operation . 3. Master bed needed light bulbs. 4. A lot of scuff marks on the walls from previous renters. 5. Bottom drawer of stove was broken. 6. One side of toaster didn’t work. 7. Woodwork was not very clean. 8. The rear entrance gate was not working and was damaged. 9. The trash truck came to empty the dumpsters at 5:20 am! People are sleeping!!
