3 bedroom 2 bathroom upstairs apartment in downtown Savannah. Historic home near Forsyth Park. Victorian District, walking distance to the main downtown grocery store (Kroger with Starbucks) as well as Mate Factor coffee shop.

Park on the non-metered public street or off-street behind the house in private parking area.

Please note that bookings are non-refundable so do NOT use instant book to reserve this apartment if you are not sure yet. Once booked you may not cancel for a full refund but we offer insurance options that can be added on to cover many common reasons for needing to cancel.

Furnished rental with utilities included in advertised rates. If you are a tourist coming for a short stay please keep in mind this address is just outside of the typical tourist area. Great stay. Do wish there were better chairs at the table, enough to seat 6, Needed Matt for the tub. Very slick. Unit was so clean and close to town. Will stay again.

OK, older home

The home was clean but there was a musty smell in the upstairs bedroom. It got better once the air was circulating within a couple of days. Home could use some updating. Overall, not a bad place to stay, especially to be close to all of the activities in Savannah.

Girls Trip

Bachelorette Party Experience

This was absolutely perfect for myself and 4 of my gal pals for a Bachelorette Party. We loved the upstairs location, open concept, separate sleeping quarters! It was absolutely perfect. We were able to walk to some places and the short jaunt to the grocery store was amazing. We were able to easily Lyft for 10 everywhere else. Savannah has so much to see and this was just a perfect and safe location for us. Thank you so much!!!

Perfect stay

This was a great place to stay in Savannah. It was blocks from Forsyth park, which is a perfect starting point for exploring the city and history of Savannah. We loved the house! Very comfortable with all the needed amenities, plus a few others. We loved all the information that was available to us about Savannah. We highly reccomend!

Great Find

If you have a larger group, then this property is incomparable to traditional hotel options. Being able to stay together in a beautiful space with all the conveniences of home literally steps away from Forsyth Park and all that Savannah is famous. With ample parking and simple as can be check-in/check-out process there is nothing to not like about your stay here.

Perfect!

Lovely, well kept place, good location, easy checkin and checkout process. Parking was ample and easy on our street, able to walk to forsyth park easily and quickly. I wished there was more seating in the little living room area, but lots of room and seating everywhere else.

Great place

We stayed here for a wedding that was in Savannah. The place offers comfortable beds, nicely appointed kitchen with lots of room. The only downside is there is only a sofa in the living area so if you have more than 3 people you have to sit on kitchen bench or stools. But everywhere we wanted to go to was within a mile or less so we walked everywhere. Enjoyed our stay here and would stay again.

Bachelorette Trip

Loved the space! 6 women that had plenty of room! Hot water held up great!! Enjoyed the spacious dining and kitchen area. Easy to Uber downtown-I am not able to walk very far due to a heart condition but certainly close enough for younger people!

Enjoyable experience

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the spring. The house was clean, close to a grocery store, a fabulous coffee/bakery shop (MatĂ© Factor) and within walking distance to all of downtown. Parking on the street was easy and we never had any issues finding a spot near the front of the house. The TV is small, but we didn’t really come to Savannah to watch TV so it wasn’t a big issue for us. We would stay here again.

Cute house close to downtown

This was a cute apartment on one side of an older home. We are a family of 6 and we had plenty of room for sleeping. Just small living room space. The place needs a few things fixed/updated. But overall a good stay.
