The house is gorgeous and the pool is beautiful, couldn’t control the cold weather, but the manager was quick to raise the pool temperature 5 for us, and it was just lovely. The house is fully equipped with everything you can think of only slight complaint might be if you had six people staying there, there are only four beach towelsThey are absolutely beautiful and dry well but you might want to bring a couple extra. We didn’t meet our host, but she was very quick to respond and quick to notify the manager for my minor problem with the coffee pot, which turned out to be easily fixed on our own. Also beds are extremely comfortable. Would absolutely stay there again.

Absolutely Perfect

Very quiet neighborhood and house was perfect. Near all sorts of things to do. Myakka River State Park is a must! Beaches 20 minutes away. I had an excellent vacation thanks to the location and stress free stay.

Quiet and close to attractions

Nice sized home in safe quiet location. Wifi works great. I would recommend a few items ie: cooler and umbrella for beach, chaise longes for pool area. We would stay here again. Thank you Sylwia!

Perfect home for long or short term renters

Walked into a pristine home that proved to be very comfortable for our 28 day stay. Everything was in excellent shape and clean and ready for us. Owner is amazing. Such punctuality on responding to questions doesn’t go unnoticed. Anyone looking to stay in this area will be happy with this beautiful property.

Private, clean and safe! 5 Stars is not enough!

My wife and I stayed at this wonderful North Port home for 8 days and found the location exceptional. Very private setting without neighboring homes right on top of you. The area felt very safe and secure and not a lot of traffic on the road. If you are an Atlanta Braves fan, the location is less than 15 minutes from Cool Today Park for Spring Training games. While we didn't use the extra two bedrooms, each of the bedrooms were nicely furnished and decorated. The kitchen was just waiting on us to bring food... the refrigerator was new, and everything we needed for preparation was there, with a nice dining room area too! Did I mention the place was exceptional? Yes, it was!!!

Destination: Relaxation

When we rent a home, we try and leave it better than we found it. In this case, that was hard to do as everything was perfect from the start! From the newly remolded kitchen, including all new appliances, to both bathrooms which where spacious and full of supplies. Even the laundry room had a new washer and dryer which made laundry easy and refreshing. The home was beautiful, spotless, and well equipped with everything we needed for our month long stay. I only wish we could have stayed longer. Great location for many different day trips, such as: Sarasota's Siesta Key, Anna Maria, Sanibel, to Venice, Punta Gorda, and even Naples. Whether you travel north or south there are many places to see and things to do. The warm mineral springs was one of my favorites just 10 mins away. You could even choose to stay home, relax, and soak up the sun in the warm, welcoming, private, heated pool. The neighborhood was peaceful, quiet, and the location of the home gave us a good amount of privacy which was much appreciated.

Great stay!

Upon arrival, the house looked beautiful inside and outside. Upon entering the house, the layout and the furniture looked stunning. The pool with a lanai cover looked great with salty, warm water. The furniture inside and outside was cute and comfortable. The only concern was the king size bed in the smaller room being squicky every time someone turned. However, the cleaning needs improvement. The toilets were not clean and there were pee stains on the side of the toilet. There was hair in the sink and in the tub. The metal stick for the shower curtains is rusty and needs to be updated. The kitchen floors could be cleaner and the fridge had to be wiped down before using as it was not clean when we got there. The kitchen had all the supplies that we needed, which was great. The Publics is about 8 minutes away and other stores and retaurants within 10 min away from the house.

Lessons Learned

Unfortunately we had higher expectations. Upon pulling up to the house, lawn was not maintained. Upon entering, it was laid out perfectly. The rooms were of good size. Beds were comfortable. Cleanliness was lacking. The floors were mopped but no regards for corners or close to the mop board. Kitchen utensils were poor. Not a sharp knife to be had. Cooking dishes were not available, had to buy some. The Keurig coffee maker was a great addition. The pool and pest control is not on a schedule. We had to call to get the pool serviced. The chemicals that were used to treat the green at the water line stopped us from swimming for 24 hours. The house was great for relaxation. Unfortunately we will not be rescheduling this home. The owner informed us that her rate will be $100 more per day next year.

Rental 4/6 - 4/13/24

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was in a quiet location and close to many beaches, shopping, etc. The house was well equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed. Living room furniture was not comfortable. We never used any of the TV's but there was a huge one in the living room. The cleaning could have been little better. There was hair in the shower and sink drain in the master bathroom. I would definitely like to stay there again but my only concern was I was unable to reach the property manager. I sent 2 messages and never received a response at all. I'm relieved nothing happened that would require an immediate response but was just trying to get the wifi password. It was not posted anywhere for us and we had to use our own data for all our devices. One of us had limited data and now will have to pay extra because of this. I've been renting through VRBO 1 to 2 times a year since 2014 and have never rented a place that had absolutely no information book to reference if we had any questions or problems. The only directions we had were posted on the wall about the garbage container with instructions on the trash day and the different recycle containers but nothing else. I'd like to think there was no response because my messages weren't received, but highly unlikely that they both were not received.

Great Property

Sylwia was very responsive and helpful. I emailed her with some questions prior to our visit and she was quick to respond and accommodate our requests. Our reservation was from September 24th through October 4th. Three days into our visit, it became clear that we were in the path of Hurricane Ian so we drove to Fort Lauderdale to stay there while Ian traveled through the area. After Ian passed through, we checked back with Sylwia to see if it was possible to return for the remainder of our stay. With the roads in North Port still blocked off, it turned out that we wouldn't be able to return. Sylwia was quick to return our money we paid for the days we didn't stay at the house. We very much enjoyed our short stay. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood and we really enjoyed the swimming pool.

Great rental property

The property was clean and very roomy! Only downside to the place and I’m being picky here was the living room furniture. Not very comfortable and relaxing. Other than that it was a great rental property!

Great house, with a pool!

The house was very clean! It was at a great location, only a couple minutes away from the warm mineral springs and 20 minutes away from the local beach! Stores and the gas station are right around the bend and everything inside the house is very new! Came with a water filter on the faucet. Very good place to spend the week in.

Knowing the hassle of finding a nice and comfortable home for a vacation- we try and be as accommodating and easily accessible as possible! Our house was built to be our dream vacation home so it really consists of some of our favorite finds. With newly installed appliances, a heated pool, Wi-Fi, and more – we try and make your stay feel easy and comfortable. The house spaces are living, dining, and activity room, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a full and open kitchen, a laundry room, a pool, and a lanai. Upon your arrival, you will be sent a copy of our welcome binder which includes details about specific specs about the house along with the closest grocery stores (8 minutes), local sightseeing (8 minutes), and the most wonderful beaches (23 minutes)! We follow a five-step enhanced cleaning process to ensure that all guests have a safe and clean stay at our home.
