North Port Vacation Rental

We enjoyed our R&R. I would suggest that you get sturdier lounge chairs for older people as well as a rail to get into the pool

Great home!

This house was perfect for our needs. The location was exactly what we wanted and the pool was great! The host was quick to respond to any questions. If you’re looking for a place in North Port, I would highly recommend!

Christmas Vacation

This property was exceptional. The neighbor hood was quiet and felt very safe. The house was comfortable and the pool area was even better than it looked in the photos.

Home away from Home

We were in town for a week for my Sons Baseball tournament. The house was perfect for us. Located in a great quiet neighborhood. 15 min from anything you would need. The house was clean and comfy, and the pool was perfect for cooling off at night and relaxing. Kitchen was equipped with everything needed. Any questions were answered almost immediately. We would definitely stay again!

Another relaxing stay

We lived in the heated pool! The home has had some nice upgrades since we stayed 2 years ago. Clean and comfortable. The host was involved and reachable when we had a question. The only possible downside is that it’s over half an hour from the beach, which my kids love almost as much as the pool. Hope to stay here again in the future!

Nice home in a great location!

This home had everything we needed. We throughly enjoyed our stay, the pool and the close proximity to golfing, shopping and grocery stores. We hope to go back soon!

Restfull

The property was well maintained. My wife especially, enjoyed the heated pool. I felt safe in the family oriented neighborhood. The property is also near I-75 which makes it easy, to get to other destinations in a short time, for example Punts Gorda air port or Fisherman's Village. Additionally, the Property Manager, Michelle was Great to work with. She was very congenial. I contacted her two times and she was very helpful. In conclusion, I enjoyed spending the month of February at this property and would do it again. Barry Bledsoe

Enjoyed the location of the home. Did not enjoy the cold pool or the response I got from the manager when I asked about a can opener. I was told there should be a can opener but if I could not find it to feel free to go to Walmart purchase one and take it home with me. The home does need safety bars in the shower and a railing going into the pool.

Relaxing vacation

Very easy “check in” process. We could tell the house was well used and a bit worn but it was tidy. The large pool was the highlight! It was a great temperature and a fountain that came on for a few hours a day was an added treat. Any issues were promptly dealt with. Would stay here again for sure!

Great home in quiet street

Comfortable home, nice pool

The house was perfect for our vacation from Michigan snow! Nice quiet subdivision, great area for walks. The pool was nice, a few degrees warmer would have been better but not a big deal. (Maybe consider increasing temp control for an additional fee? We would be willing to pay that fee. Didn’t think to ask until now!) Kitchen could use a few more every day items, such as pizza pans and some mixing bowls of different sizes but overall the house is well stocked with everything you need, minus the food. Great grill! Several grocery stores and nice restaurants within a few miles. Manager was friendly and prompt at answering questions. Definitely enjoyed our stay and would return!

North Port stay

Everything was exactly as stated in the description. The beds were very comfortable and we were impressed with all of the extras that were available. Even though the weather was a bit too cold to use the pool, it was spotlessly clean. The only negative is that the tap water tasted salty, so we used bottled water. Overall, this was an excellent place to stay!

Very Nice Home

My wife and I came down from Michigan to stay for two weeks to visit friends and family in the area. We had a very nice time, the house was very clean and comfortable. The property manager Michelle was awesome to work with, we had a couple of questions in the beginning of our stay and she was easy to reach and did a great job of handling our concerns. Outside of just a couple of minor concerns, the property was very nice, clean and comfortable. The property is in a great location, close to shopping, restaurants, interstate and a quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay at this location again. Thanks to Michelle for making our stay very enjoyable.

Nice place

Clean, well kept and nice neighborhood. Enjoyed my time in North Port and at this nice home. My grandkids came to the house for a visit as well and they enjoyed their time. Only problem and reason for 4 stars out of 5 was the pool was not warm enough for me and would have appreciated a few more degrees

Clean, Quiet Getaway
