The Space:
A cozy 1 bedroom apartment in Triplex was built by a famous Orlando architect. It is located in the designated Historic District of Lake Eola. Housed in a beautifully restored, 1940’s-era building, our unit offers both a very modern sensibility and a feeling of intimacy. Walking distance to Thornton Park, and the best local restaurants and bars.

This apartment is privately owned and does not include maid service or daily cleanings. The cleaning fee covers a final cleaning (after your check out).

We want to deliver the most efficient and simple check-in/check-out experience we can. Before you arrive, we will send you instructions on how to access the condo. We are available 24/7 to answer any questions and ensure you have a fantastic stay!

Free designated parking space is right behind the house. You can also use street parking for an additional vehicle.

▶ Unregistered guests are not permitted. If you have unregistered guests in the unit, you will be asked to leave without a refund for the remaining time of your reservation.

▶ Pet Fee: A non-refundable pet fee of $125 is already included in the rate for guests who have chosen to bring their furry friends along for their stay.

▶ No parties. Significant noise or playing loud music after 9:00 pm will result in you being asked to leave without a refund for the remaining time of your reservation.

▶ No smoking of any substance is permitted in the unit. Evidence of any type of smoking will result in a $250 fee and you will be asked to leave without a refund for the remaining time of your reservation.

▶ Check-in is at/after 4 pm and check-out time is no later than 11 am. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability. Late check-out without prior approval will result in a fee of $100 per hour for each hour after 11 am. 

▶ Please remember to secure your valuables and lock the unit and your car behind you. Use of the parking spot is at your own risk.

Excellent location
If you want to explore a neighborhood life in Orland (rather than the high-paced, drive-everywhere life it usually offers) then this is the place for you. You can to a variety of shops, stores, and eateries, not to mention the park. The home needs some electrical upgrades (many plugs are 2-pronged, and many won't even hold plugs due to age!) but otherwise the home is perfect. So keep the laptop at home, and come for a quiet retreat.

This is an older home that has been divided into apartments and updated. Very quiet and clean. The only issue we ran into was the electrical outlets are old and many of them will not hold a plug. It was inconvenient to not be able to charge 2 phones at bedside. Otherwise property was as described and comfortable.

Great little house to stay at! It was a cozy little spot to stay for the weekend! Loved how close it was to the lake/park.

Good area, clean
We really enjoyed staying at this property. It’s in a very cute neighborhood and walking distance to the lake. It was what we needed. Parking and everything was easy as well. Good for 2-3 adults I would say 👍🏼
