You’ll have tons of room to spread out with a big group in the 7 spacious bedrooms (one of them being the cinema room with a sofa bed). They are beautifully furnished with high-end furniture and decorated with lamps and wall art that promote a soothing atmosphere. Plus, with 3.5 bathrooms, no one will have to fight over the bathrooms when getting ready! They are all clean and updated with modern finishes. You’ll also have access to a fully-equipped laundry room so you don’t have to overpack and can easily wash your pool clothes.

*Please note that the spa at this property is not heated and features a cool-water plunge pool sitting area. This style of spa is a common feature in many Texas pools, where the warm climate makes it enjoyable for much of the year. To help guests plan their stay with the right expectations, we want to be transparent that the spa does not have a heating function and will be at approximately the same temperature as the pool.

The Neighborhood:

Situated in the highly sought-after neighborhood of Westwood Shores in Rowlett, your vacation home will be in a growing up-scale community, located right by Lake Ray Hubbard. There is a very special Bass Pro Shop located right here by the lake, offering great views, shopping, an aquarium, arcade, onsite restaurant, and a private sand beach. There are also many local parks and trails nearby. You’ll also be 40 minutes to DFW Airport and AT&T Stadium. Universal Kids Resort - All-new theme park with six immersive themed lands, kid-friendly rides, interactive shows, and moreonly 42 min drive.



You’ll be just a short drive away from the most popular Dallas attractions. Pay a visit to one of the several museums, including Perot Museum of Nature and Science, Dallas Museum of Art, and The Sixth Floor Museum. Other must-see attractions include the JFK Memorial, Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Gardens and Dallas World Aquarium. You also can’t miss checking out Reunion Tower —it looks especially spectacular at night!



Closer to Rowlett, the Wet Zone Waterpark is 9 minutes away, offering a fun destination for the whole family, and the Waterview Golf Club is just 15 minutes away. There are also tons of green spaces. The Rowlett Creek Preserve (located 8 minutes away) offers a 15.6-mile-long trail and allows hikers to create paths ranging from one to 15 miles long. Also 8 minutes away and situated on 6.4 acres of land, Lakeside Park is a recreational area that features hiking trails that wrap around the lake. Additionally, Firewheel Town Center is just 13 minutes away in neighboring Garland, featuring an open-air shopping complex with lots of shops, entertainment, and restaurant options.
