A beautiful home on Lake Edward with many outdoor amenities great for large groups and entertaining. You can expect to never be bored with countless indoor and outdoor activities across every season. Outdoor activities include paddle-boarding, kayaking, swimming, biking/hiking, basketball, jet-skiing, fishing, kids play set.

Our goal as Hosts is to include as many things as possible in the home to make your stay as relaxing and comfortable as possible. We want you to show up with your family, your food and your beverages and enjoy your stay without having to pack extras like kleenex, zip lock bags, spices, etc. or running to the store all the time to get the essentials you need.

The water is crystal clear and the beach is sugar sand. There is great fishing on the lake- even off the dock. Crappies, Bass, Northerns, and Walleyes can be found on teh 2600 acre Lake Edward.

Home is very well appointed with anything you could possibly want or need on vacation. Chefs kitchen with 6 burner gas range, and large Viking Refrigerator. Kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials and more to cook and entertain your group on vacation. Coffee options are Keurig single cup or full drip coffee pot. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee in the screened porch in one of the many coffee mugs to choose from- choose your mood for the day.

Crockpots, pancake griddle, magic Bullet and just about any other kitchen gadget you can think of are included.

Built in bar in Dining room has additional beverage fridge and more wine glasses, and drink glasses/mugs than you could possibly need.

Bathrooms are fully stocked with more than enough towels, shampoo and conditioner and body wash and many more essentials.

Smart TV's are located in the Living Room, The Primary Bedroom, and the Bonus Room of the house. Oversized Smart TV in the Entertainment Shed for movie nights or to watch the Big Game.

The bonus room is a great kids hang out or work area with its on Smart TV, large couch, and desk.

The home has Sonos music system to play music in the home, on the patio and in the shed via the Sonos App on your phone or the Tablet provided in the home.

Included in the rental is a detached finished game shed to keep everyone busy on rainy or snowy days. The entertainment shed has games galore- Golden Tee, Pool Table, Air Hockey, Foosball, Shuffleboard, Chess Table, Ski-ball, Giant Connect 4 and Corn Hole. The shed also has a full size fridge, dishwasher, Mini Keurig, Toaster Oven and Microwave for entertaining in the shed.

Also included is Beach towels, floaties for the water, beach games like golf chipping game and floating spike ball. Water basketball with the dock mounted basketball hoop. Coolers and a wagon available for taking food and drink to the beach or to the boat.

Water toys include 2 Paddle boards, 3 kayaks, and a canoe.

A pontoon boat lift is available for use as well as a Jet ski lift. Rent from one of the local rental places and keep boat/water craft on the dock. Renters use the lifts and docks at their own risk.

There are two fire pits for evening gatherings- firewood is included. Watch the amazing sunsets around the firepit closest to the house.

A large Rainbow Play Set is on site as well as outdoor basketball hoop for hours of entertainment for the kids.

We do not allow weddings or events at the Cottage.
