Wonderful stay!

I really enjoyed my stay in this apartment. It is well equipped, clean and has a lovely view of the ocean. The pool and beach access is wonderful and there are beach chairs and toys to use in the apartment. Victor is an amazing host and that does make a difference. We will be back!

This is a beautiful, fully furnished large condo in the PERFECT location. The view from the balcony and hearing the ocean every night is perfect. There are infinity chairs on the balcony that are nice to relax in. The king size bed is comfortable! Lots of room. The towels are plush. The heated pool is relaxing and the property is nice. Victor, the host, is GREAT to work with. He kept in touch and even followed up with me when I couldn’t figure out the tv. I highly recommend staying here!

Great Condo

This was a great condo. Victor was great and so friendly. The condo had everything we needed. Bathroom was nice. The pool was nice and heated and the beach was great. The staff for the building were not so helpful and the residents in the building were rude. It was difficult not having a vehicle to get where we needed, not a lot of places to walk to eat, etc. overall a great stay.

Condo on the beach

This condo is as advertised. Check in was simple and communication with the property manager was very good. He was very responsive with any questions. The condo is clean, has a private pool and is on the beach. I would stay here again. Dan

Unfortunately, we had to leave the apartment a night earlier than agreed because we couldn't sleep the night before because of the heat in the apartment. We don't know if the air conditioning was broken or not working properly.

Ocean view apartment Hollywood Beach

Our recent stay at this rental condo was very enjoyable and met all of our expectations! The condo was very clean and well supplied with everything that we needed for our stay. Every morning we enjoyed the beach view with our coffee on the balcony. We spent time relaxing on the beach which was our main priority for this vacation. We didn’t have a car by our choice but the walking distance to the Walmart and to the recently built Publix made it very easy to purchase any supplies that we needed. Victor was very helpful in getting us checked in and answered any questions that we had very quickly. The only problem with this vacation is that it ended too soon and we are already looking forward to our next visit!

Spring break

Everything was wonderful except the check in and out. It takes way too long, but that is not the owners' fault. Victor was very helpful with everything and quick to respond. The condo was comfy, great view, and nice being near the elevator. We loved that you provided beach chairs and other items. Shopping and restaurants were easy to access close by. My grands loved the warm pool.

As described!

The property was as described. The check-in process needs to be communicated better and detailed within the itinerary. The process was very cumbersome. The balcony was very nice for morning coffee, sunrises and sunsets!

Victor the host was amazing from start to finish! He was very responsive with my messages and very kind and understanding when our flight got changed to a later time. He allowed us to check in early and check out late with no problems! The room was great and the view was amazing! He fixed our TV problem immediately and was very informative….especially since my husband wasn’t with me….i felt dumb with the TVs and the remotes The room was clean and they provided us with everything we needed to cook and make it feel like home for the week!!!!!! There were only a few downsides……having to use the 1 and only service elevator for luggage and beach stuff was not fun with 15 floors and tons of people….the wait times were ridiculous…..Some of the other guests were rude and would not share the elevator with me and my son…..would not even move over. The key Fob was nerve wrecking and I thought I was for sure going to lose it…..if you did then you had to pay to get another one and you definitely couldn’t get in the building, ride the elevators, or go to the pool!!! Be prepared to have 20 cash for the parking pass! It took me 3 days to get cash…..I was on VACATION….& the Valet guy was not nice and chastised me for it taking so long to get the parking pass. The last thing was that the pool monitors were crazy…..kids couldn’t really play and you better not be playing music…..not even on your phone! They would come over and tell you to turn it off because music isn’t allowed!!!!

Nice property!

The property itself was great. The unit was as pictured. Our only complaint about the unit is the bed. The bed was very uncomfortable. Our point of contact was responsive to our texts. The check in process was less than desirable or well communicated. The reservation information asked us to provide our photo id and contact details, which is understandable. Once we provided that information we were not given any other instructions about checking in. Our check in process was about an hour of asking questions of the condo receptionist (who could only say to contact the unit owner) texting the point of contact until we finally spoke to another group waiting to check in who gave us the instructions that we had to go to the building next door to check-in. Once we were back to our building, we had to wait for the point of contact to send the door code which was not working. We waited outside of our unit for 15 min to gain access. Again, the property was as described and pictured, however the check in process needs to be better communicated and outlined in the reservation itinerary.

Enjoyed our Stay. Clean & Comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay, clean & comfortable. We wanted to stay somewhere where we had direct access to the beach. Win!! No lounge chairs or umbrellas provided by The Tides for the beach but provided by the owners, thank you!! We also used the little cooler provided. Both were great to use. There are 2 pools on the property. We did not go in, but many people did enjoy them. We sat at the pool on some days. There are umbrellas & lounge chairs provided at the pools. The Enjoy cafe on site delivers to apartments, the pool & beach. We packed lunch & drinks in the cooler. Great full kitchen. The blender, ice maker, coffee maker, salt, pepper, paper towel, dish soap, dish washer & laundry soap provided were much appreciated. Margarita & wine glasses provided. A few snacks, some tea, water, coffee were provided, too. Oven mitts, a few more utensils & some rubbermade storage containers could be added. The complex has shopping carts in the lobby to use for grocery transport, handy! We ordered groceries online to be delivered. Some essentials like sample sized shampoo, soap, lotion were provided. The Enjoy cafe had a few essentials for sale, too. Blow dryer quality very good. Clothes iron provided. There were a few issues, although very minor (patio door sticky, shower head leaking, bathroom sink not draining well). Victor replied fast to resolve. View of ocean (also parking lot and apartment next door). Patio furniture & Bed comfortable. Gym well equipped.

The room and hotel were great. Check in procedure was absolutely awful and about as inefficient as it could be. I got to the property, went to the office to check in, did not have me in their system, called the host name, they got me in after 20 minutes, in that time the line has gone from 2 families to 10 families in front of me. I was told to go to the valet station to get the parking pass, paid 100 for my week, then had to go back to the check in office, waited in line to be told they needed 20, and could not make change for a 50 dollar bill, neither could the front desk. Had to find a store and buy a soda to get a 20. Wait in line again to pay the deposit on the parking tag. Then the door key pad needed a code change. It took over 3 hours to check in. Very frustrated. After that things went better. Oh, the living room TV barely worked, so slow!!!
