Studio lumineux et spacieux dans un immeuble directement sur une étendue immaculée de plage de sable blanc. Le Condominium Stella Maris est situé au 1, avenue Condado, au cœur d'El Condado, en face de la piscine du San Juan Stellaris Marriott Resort and Casino.
L'emplacement au cinquième étage permet des vues spectaculaires, mais est encore suffisamment bas pour vous permettre de vous endormir en surfant la nuit. Un mur plein de portes coulissantes en verre côté océan s'ouvre aux brises tropicales et à une vue panoramique. Les rideaux occultants vous permettent de dormir tard le matin ou de faire une sieste lorsque vous êtes d'humeur.

The listing is spot on. This is right on the beach and in the midst of everything in Condado. Great views of the ocean and most of the places you would need to visit, like restaurants and shopping, is within walking distance. We used this as our starting point and traveled the island from here. Very convenient location. Eric was very helpful with everything needed for the unit. Check in was smooth and check out went well. Eric is a great host and went above and beyond what most hosts would do. Highly recommend staying here if you want to be close to everything Condado Beach has to offer and if you want a great beach view.

Wonderful condo on the beach, with beach access right outside the building. We appreciated the kitchen and nice bathroom. We used the beach chairs provided. We slept with the balcony doors open...what an experience. Comfy bed. Great communication with owner.

We had the best time staying at Eric’s VRBO right on the beach! The view was incredible and there were so many great restaurants and walking distance. Eric is an amazing host, we got to meet him when we arrived so he walked us through the whole arrival process. If we return to PR, we will definitely come back here! Highly recommend!

The view and sounds of the ocean were phenomenal. The condo was central to some shopping and restaurants and it had all the items needed to feel at home! The only complaint I have is no screens in the windows or doors, to be able to enjoy the outside air and sounds (but this is no fault of the owner, I didn't see any screens in Puerto Rico)! We met and spoke with the owner who was wonderful and very helpful and informative, as well. Just a wonderful time all around.

Wonderful Oceanview Stay

The condo was clean, convenient and very secure. The views of the ocean were incredible, the bed was very comfy and, although it was hot while we visited, the breeze that came through the doors prevented us from touching the AC. We were steps away from the ocean, minutes away from delicious food and a quick taxi/Uber/Lyft from Viejo San Juan.

Eric was the most communicative and helpful host I’ve worked with so far. He provided excellent, detailed information about how to access the condo, the area around the property, and things to do in San Juan. I recently retired after being employed for 2 decades as an airline flight attendant. I have lived in Puerto Rico for more than 40 years, residing in Stella Maris since 1987. I love living in San Juan which has a nice mix of beach and city and enjoys almost perfect weather the entire year long. I live in the same building as the rental which allows me to attend quickly to any issues that arise. I strive to provide the level of service that I would like to receive if I were renting form someone else.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

I chose to live in Condominium Stella Maris primarily for location. You simply can not beat the view. Being on the beach at the end of Condado Avenue, we are right in the heart of things. When you walk out on the balcony you feel as if you were out at sea on a cruise ship. The waves lapping the beach lull you to sleep and the breeze blowing in is soothing and comforting.
The building itself has 11 floors and a friendly neighborly feel to it.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Almost anything you want to do is accessible by foot. There are a multitude of restaurants in the neighborhood, from fast food to five star and shops from Cartier to Walgreens. For exercise you can swim in the ocean, stroll around the lagoon or go to one of several gyms nearby. The place can be either peaceful and relaxing or there is plenty of lively action in the casinos and clubs in the area..
Personally I like to stroll around the nearby Condado lagoon in the early morning for fresh air and exercise.
