The balcony made the site breathtaking.Communication as constant and made Check In a breeze.Cannot beat the Location.The apartment was extremely well maintained.Will recommend the property to friends and family visiting San Juan.

The place was amazing and we had a great time. First, the location is key, as you are right in the prime area of Condado. You don’t need a car and have close access to stores, shops, restaurants, beaches, casinos and activities like nighttime kayaking (right next door). No Ubers needed. Also as for the place, it had everything we needed. One of the things we wanted was a full kitchen so we could cook. Every pot, pan and utensil was there, we didn’t need anything besides the food to make it happen. Also the view, the view is amazing. We spent most of the time sitting on the balcony, and you can view some great sunsets from there. You have the bay to the backside and the ocean to the front. Best part of the place hands down. Also the owner Anthony was very responsive. If I needed anything, he was always available. I will be back to Condado later this year and plan to stay here again when I return

Central located lots of shops restaurants and access to old San Juan town if u like exploring Take advantage to explore tours to see more of Puerto Rico’s Rainforest, coffee or cocoa plantations, Kajak and cave tours, all within 2 hour distance. The apartment was well equipped and had great views of both lagoon and ocean.

Everything was as listed. Maritza was the one that we contacted with any questions and she was amazing especially getting back very quickly. My husband and I went for our 20th anniversary and I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Parking is on the premises but can be a little tight sometimes due to the area. But was ok.

Our stay was excellent- the host was very communicative and accommodating. The property manager was kind and helpful. This beautiful condo is right in the mix of it all- excellent restaurants, bubbling nightlife and a brisk electric scooter ride from Old San Juan. The private parking under the building was very convenient and affordable. We would certainly stay again.

Property was clean, and as advertised. The views from the balcony were great. Could see the ocean, Condado Lagoon, and much more. Great location being in Condado, surrounded by nice hotels. Felt safe the entire stay and was super impressed with hospitality of owner and property manager. Made it super easy and overall a great experience. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Puerto Rico.

From the arrival to the departure, all went as smooth as promised, Maritza, the property manager was delightful to deal with. Absolutely gorgeous views very clean and comfortable apartment.The location…wow…. Near everything from beach Shacks to High end dining, even a Walgreens within walking distance.Loved it will visit and rent again and again.

Clean and comfortable, close to everything.

This condo is super clean and very comfortable, it had everything we needed. The property manager met us upon arrival to provide details about the unit. The unit is centrally located within easy walking distance to restaurants.
