Chefs will appreciate the well appointed kitchen, large enough to fit a team of cooks, it is outfitted with sleek granite countertops and a full suit of appliances. Guest can watch and enjoy a panoramic view on a 20+Ft wrap around peninsula with 7 barstools or sit in dining table which accommodates another 8 people, perfect for a gathering of family and friends. This is very open and spacious, making it a very social-able space for large groups of gatherings. dining area has enough space to seat 15+ guest.

•BEDROOMS & BATHS•
This home sleeps up to 12 guests between four bedrooms and 2 rollaway beds (conveniently located in the master bedroom closet) which can be placed anywhere in the home.

The Master Bedroom features a queen bed and 2 armchairs, one by the large window overlooking the lake which creates a sunny reading nook with a beautiful view. The en-suite bathroom includes a walk in shower.

The second bedroom holds a queen bed with an armchair near the window for a sunny nook and a beautiful view of the lake.

The third bedroom across the hall is furnished with a king bed and an armchair and the second bathroom is configured with a bath tub and shower.

The fourth bedroom offers plenty of comfy sleeping space with 2 sets of bunk beds which includes 4 twin beds.

The third bathroom is located across the home near the garage port entrance, dining area, and game room.

ALL rooms include luggage racks to assist our guests with easy unpacking during your stay.

•GAME ROOM•
The game room is surrounded by glass windows overlooking the lake and it is perfect for hosting a fun competitive game of foosball, Giant 4 in a row, cornhole, portable volleyball set, Also included is a large variety of board games for our guests to enjoy.

•OUTDOOR AREA•
Enjoy remarkable panoramic lake views from the lush backyard. Equipped with a large fire pit, a BBQ grill, and plenty of seating the outside space is perfect for hosting gatherings with friends and family. A dart board and corn hole and volleyball net set is available for our guests to use outdoors, note that minors are not allowed to use the darts for safety reasons.

Guest amenities include complimentary fast speed Wi-Fi., an onsite washer/dryer. Built in USB charging station by the kitchen bar.

The whole house is accessible with the exemption of 2 storage closets. Other than that, the rest of the house is yours to enjoy.
Other things to note
We have 3 security cameras located on the outside of the property: In the carport facing the driveway, front of the home on the far right corner of the home, and in the back of the home overlooking the patio area. All cameras are motion sensor and have capabilities of recording.
-We also have noise monitors that monitor our home noise levels and recording whenever the noise levels go above the pre-set threshold for a customised duration of time we receive an instant notification when noises are too high.
