*A hallway takes you to a shared Frozen full bathroom that welcomes you to Oaken's Trading Post & Sauna (there is no sauna, themed in spirit only). We converted the bathroom to replicate the sauna with Oaken on stand-by.
*Bedroom 4 Suite: Continue on your Frozen journey to Queen Elsa's ice castle with snowfall in this custom full over full bunk bed with stairs. Watch your head. Armoire with 32" smart TV. Join Elsa & Olaf in this winter wonderland.
*Spacious loft with a large luxurious leather sectional with electric fireplace, 75" LED smart TV, dedicated workspace in the movie reel themed loft.
*Bedroom 5 Suite: Travel to Hogswart's and immerse yourself in Harry Potter land. Not for the weak of heart or scardy cat! This magical suite features a king suite with plush mattress for a good night's sleep. Equipped with a smart TV, closet space and 2 nightstands, USB lamps. No Muggles allowed.
*A mysterious alley leads to a shared bathroom between the 2 Harry Potter suite that's in spirit of this magical land. Don't be scared by Moaning Myrtle in the glass shower and try to remember that she's friendly...kind of.
*Bedroom 6: Harry Potter land continues at Hogswart's castle with young Harry Potter himself casting spells in this magical bunk bed with steps and a slide featuring a full bed on bottom and twin size bed on top with an LED TV and 2 bookshelves.


PACKAGES (ONLINE PURCHASES)
• You may send packages to the home during your stay. They will be left on the doorstep.
• If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender. UPS, DHL and FEDEX will leave it at the door step.
• For extra security, you may wish to send the packages to our Master Vacation Homes office for pick-up before and during your stay for a small fee. Please let us know and we'll provide you the address!

WHAT'S INCLUDED:
The following starter supplies are provided in the unit
*We provide linens that are already professionally made and on bed waiting for you to rest after a fun filled day in Florida.
*One bath towel, one hand towel and one wash cloth per paid guests.
*Starter supply of toilet paper in every bathroom, 2 rolls of paper towels, 2 garbage bags, every shower has shampoo/conditioner and body wash, hand soap at every sink. Please bring more if needed. No other supplies will be provided. Please stop by the nearest Supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay.

HOUSEKEEPING:
There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

FOOD:
As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments, coffee powder will be provided prior to check in.

POOL HEATER:
Please note the pool heater works through HEAT EXCHANGE and might not function with weather near 65F and below temperatures. No reimbursements or refunds provided for pool heat.**Heating of pool & hot tub is available for $40/day with a minimum of 3 days.

GRILL: Gas grill available (Fill your own gas, a propane tank is available for your convenience). No charcoal use in gas grill.

TRASH DISPOSAL: Please place trash in front of curb. Must be in closed bags or it will not be picked up or you may put trash in the resort dumpster daily to keep a clean home. Community may fine you if trash is not in closed bags.

PARKING: Parking available on driveway only. Do not park on street as you may get towed. Hosts not responsible for any tickets, towed vehicles or damages to any vehicles. Please obey neighborhood street signs. Parking violations monitored by HOA and we have no control over this.

*Full access to resort amenities. (Operated by HOA/$35 one time resort fee for entire group - pay directly at clubhouse)
