Perfect four hosting families

House and location was perfect for family of 6 get away. Awesome with pool, grille and deck for after baseball tournament days. Was great to cool off after a long day. House is 20-25 mins at most from all fields Perfect Game utilizes for large tournaments. DJ was a great host.

Spring Break

We had a great family vacation. The house was great and we loved the location. Check in and out was a breeze. I appreciated the personal communication from Dan. I highly recommend staying here.

Amazing getaway

This was a beautiful property in the perfect location. We were close enough to go and explore Florida but private enough to feel like we were in our own home. Very clean and loved all the decorations and artwork.

Great vacation

The house was perfect. The kids really enjoyed the pool. The pool area is very private. Contact with the owners was easy and very quick to respond. I would recommend this property and hope to return in the future.

Cape Coral Family BBQ

I rented the house for just myself, but I had my family over for a memorial day BBQ. The house is amazing & provides all the amenities you would possibly need, for vacationing or hosting your family. I give it a 5 star++ rating. DJ & Bridgette were very nice & easy to deal with, it was a total pleasure.

Nice canal home on Cape Coral

The home is as described. Modern home, nice furniture, and clean. Kitchen is well equipped. Pool heater wasn’t working when we arrived but pool cleaner came and repaired but pool never heated enough to swim. However due to hurricane Ian hitting before our stay we were happy we had a beautiful home to stay in. Highly recommend this property for a stay in Cape Coral. Only negative is we couldn’t control the AC thermostat and had to contact owner to adjust temperature.

Nothing short of AMAZING!

Great location near many beaches! We visited Ft Myers and Venice beach on our trip. The house and location are beautiful! The backyard area is secluded, the only people you will see are the occasional boaters. The house is equipped with everything you could possibly need. We spent a lot of time at the pool and on the dock fishing. The pool was a perfect temperature and has plenty of room to lay out in the sun on the pool deck! The owner was quick to respond to questions when needed. Definitely the best house we have ever stayed at! Thank you for welcoming us into your home, so many wonderful memories were made.

Family Vacation

We absolutely loved the house. Everything we needed -- the owners had already thought of. Beautifully kept home. The pool was a lifesaver with the grandchildren. Will definitely have to come back :)

Amazing House

The house is simply indescribably beautiful. We loved the outdoor kitchen and the kids were in love with the wonderful pool. The location of the house is perfect, you can reach the supermarket and restaurants very quickly. The homeowner Daniel is very nice and kept asking if we needed anything. The house was just super equipped. We and the children hope to be able to rent this beautiful house again soon. It was an amazing time 😍

Well equipped, clean, and comfy!

Everything was impeccably clean and this property has all the dishes/utensils you could think of needing to make many delicious meals. A highlight is the outdoor grill space. Many accessories and amenities for the beach and kids available. We will be back again!

Beautiful Home

This house was absolutely perfect for our girls get away. We ended up spending most of the time at the house because we had everything that we needed and more. The weather was perfect and we cooked almost all of our meals there and spent some much needed time by the pool every day. We had an amazing stay and this house is absolutely gorgeous. We would love to come back again ! Thank you!

Boater's dream

Amazing property. Home is very clean and comfortable. We rented a boat for the week and enjoyed cruising around to the different beaches and islands. Can't say enough about this wonderful home.

Nice home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The pool was great, and we loved having the outdoor kitchen /grill. My husband even enjoyed the treadmill in the garage several days. We had our 1.5yo toddler and the listing said it had a pack n play so we didn't bring ours. Unfortunately, what they had was a playard type enclosure more for the beach in my opinion so that was not useful to us. We had to buy a baby gate to make the MBR closet into our toddlers sleeping area. Not a huge deal but just heads up if anyone is bringing their toddler and expecting a true pack n play crib set up. We really appreciated the early check in and door code that was provided. And that couch was super comfy!! A very nice home and I would recommend staying here.
