The kids had a great time in the pool. The pool is clean and perfect size with a large patio area. Fenced in yard great for our pup. Loved this house.

The property is nicely located and very quaint. There were a few issues: barbecue grill was dirty and molded so it could not be used. The internet went out several times every day, requiring the reset of the modem/router which was frustrating. Otherwise we had a nice stay.

Perfect location

Very nice and spacious home. The pool had all the floats we needed for our family. Also there was tons of board games to keep us entertained during the rainy days! Really nice furniture all throughout the home. This home was close to movie theaters and a ton of shopping centers and restaurants❤️

The pictures do not do this house justice. We loved staying here and the pool was great. The neighborhood is quiet, everything you need is “right around the corner” and the beach is 12 min away.

The house was very clean, the fenced yard and pool area was such a plus, allowing our pup to run around. I really appreciated the hosts pre-trip message which outlined supplies provided, which allowed me to pack accordingly. The queen beds were comfortable, the king was a bit too firm for me, but that is just preference. All in all a great Christmas!

Great for Families

This is a great rental for families. There's two living room/tv spaces so our kids could have one and we could have the other. Of course the pool area was awesome too. No complaints! Would stay again.

Excellent stay rebooking again !!!

The property was wonderful. The property management team was excellent and responsive. From booking to stay , the process was seamless. Great location and close in proximity to shops , stores and beaches. We loved it. Definitely on our favorite list and will be back again.

Upon check-in, we noticed that the home had a strong, unpleasant odor and did not appear to have been cleaned to an acceptable standard. There was pet hair scattered throughout the property, and encompassing the entire couch. There was mold visible on the vent in the kitchen. Additionally, the bed sheets and pillowcases were stained and appeared to be dirty, raising concerns about the overall cleanliness of the property.Due to the condition of the home upon arrival, we had to clean the property ourselves to a reasonable standard before we felt comfortable settling in. This was both unexpected and inconvenient.After contacting the property managing company. They sent out the cleaner to pull up one rug and vacuum sweep and mop the floor. The maintenance guy was sent to shampoo the couches and the additional rug, however that did not eliminate the smell in the home. We were told that there was a mold issue in the home from a few years ago that has not been addressed and that the smell of the property has been reported and an ongoing issue that has not been attended to.

This guest's review differs from the initial email sent to us about the cleaning concerns and the course of action taken to resolve it. The guest said they noticed some pet hair and an unpleasant smell and it was concerning because another guest in their group has pet allergies (which makes one wonder why you would rent a pet friendly home?). As a pet friendly home, finding some pet hair here and there may happen from time to time. We expect our cleaners to do a thorough job of cleaning the home between guests but sometimes things get missed. We are deeply sorry for the oversight, however, we sent the cleaner back immediately to address any areas of concern. The addition to her review about mold in the home being untreated or unresolved is not true. Mold was never mentioned to us or visible in the home.

Fun Florida Stay

Spent 4 weeks at the Rock to Beach Home. Very nice house, spacious and comfortable. Nice and quiet neighborhood and great location. Only 10-15 minutes from Indian Rocks Beach and many great restaurants. You are also very close to Clearwater and St. Pete. House has a well-appointed kitchen, plenty of towels etc..Had a bathroom issue, property management was very responsive. Overall, very nice stay.

Cute house!

The owner of this vacation unit did a great job of keeping the place comfortable for guests. Other than a few minor things, we had a wonderful stay. Our kids loved the pool so much! Our 6 year old learned how to swim there so it was a memorable trip. My biggest complaint was that I needed a laundry basket especially when the laundry room is not inside the house.

Well appointed, good space

Overall a well situated and organized house in a quiet neighborhood. We were close to TD ballpark and several beaches. Decent amenities close by. The house felt like it needed a more thorough clean when we arrived. I would also say that most linens (towels, kitchen towels, sheets, decorative pillows) need to be replaced as several are pilled/stained/worn. That’s my only area for improvement.Overall a decent stay, nice pool and lots of space!

Very nice pool. Cage needs a broom taken to it to get all the spiders and webs down. Quiet neighborhood. Bathrooms walls need some work. Wood floors need to be mopped after each check out. My feet were black after arrival from the dirt. Also black mold around the ceiling vent in the kitchen. Centrally located to Clearwater and St. Pete.

Leak & handicap

Leak over master bedroom bed had a couple really bad storms and would of liked it to be a little more handicap Accessible had a hard time getting in and out of pool
