Welcome to Solara Seaside Escape, a luxury family villa in the sought-after Solara Resort. With 7 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, a private pool and spa, a media loft, and themed bedrooms for the kids, this home has been designed to delight every guest — from little adventurers to grown-ups ready to relax.

BBQ Rental: Propane grill available for an additional fee, delivered clean and ready. Request in advance, grill not included in standard rental.

The house was okay, however the host is trying to make me pay for sheets and towels that haven’t been washed even though the house had lots of bugs, to the point that the exterminator had to come out twice during my stay.

The house was clean, spacious, and family friendly with great amenities. It didn't feel welcoming, though. From the single roll of paper towels and one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, to the tiny soaps and lack of floor cleaner and kitchen supplies (i.e., sheet pan for the oven), we had to purchase a lot more "basic" supplies to use the space. And there were no spare blankets or trash bags. The house sleeps 18 and we were a party of 13 for 5 days. All of this made an otherwise lovely place feel underwhelming.

DO NOT stay here. The house was filthy, we killed 4 German roaches within an hour of being there. There are 7 beds but we were unable to find one with out someone else’s hair in it & the pillow cases were yellow. The pool had the last parties confetti & artificial nails floating in it, so unusable. These pictures of the house are old so the carpet is dirty with stains & the walls are not white anymore.

Family Time

It was very pleasant and peaceful. Everything was pretty close to our area which was great. The only draw back was in the first room. We didn't realize until day 2 that the television would never turn on. There were plenty more to view though.

More than enough room

Only problem I had was, we all left villa at 9:40. I wanted to check everything one last time. The code to get me inside was deactivated. Checkout was at 10. Other than that we had more than enough room.

Overall conditions is not satisfactory of the house!

Furniture are old and not good looking. Cloths dryer was defective and took 2 days for them to fix it. Pool was not clean. They had to come to clean the pool. Beds were not clean properly. House has bugs. This house a lot of rooms; but I will not recommend this house to anyone after I stayed there 4 nights.

Clean and Comfortable

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was clean and well located for some of the areas best parks. The drive to Disney was so easy and relatively traffic free (no I4 necessary!)

Great stay close to Disney

We had 6 adults and 8 kids ages 1-12 and we loved our stay here! There was plenty of room for everyone. The kids loved the game room and the pool (community pool was super fun as well). I was nervous about staying somewhere with a pool and having a 1 year old with us (all other kids are strong swimmers) but there were lots of pool security features that I really appreciated. The back door has an alarm that goes off when open and the pool has a net security fence. The drive to Disney, restaurants, and grocery stores were super convenient. House was clean and pretty inside, lots of pillows and blankets. Thank you for a great stay!

Great Family Vacation Home

My family and I stayed here for our Florida vacation. We were a group of 15 people and we all fit very comfortably. The house was clean, spacious, and well equipped. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend for big families.

family Disney trip for 11 people

The home was great. Only negatives: Not enough towels, lots of little ants in house, garbage pick up left a lot to desire, pool and hot tub not heated, we could not find how to heat., no blender,parking for one car. But other than those items we had a great stay. Since I own rental condos in Florida and Alabama, I felt like the rental agreement from Shine Villas was harsh. Felt very threatening and cold. There is no warm and fuzzy there.

Space for Everyone!

This gorgeous property is exactly as pictured! Clean, beautifully decorated and perfect vacation floor plan. Each bedroom had a tremendous amount of space even with king size beds. The two kid-themed rooms were perfect for our younger guests to bunk together as well. The pool at the house was a bit smaller than we hoped, but the nearby community resort pool was awesome- cabanas, bar/food service and a great space for all ages. Safe neighborhood and area too! Management was excellent with communication and very accommodating to work with. We would absolutely stay at this property again!

Terrible service

Wasted my money awful dirty ants they control heat and a/c don’t care about renters are very rude and mean pool and jacuzzi broke no heat my kids tripped on the rugs the never picked the trash up and never even cared to help

We don’t recognise a single line of this review. The guest arrived for a 3 week stay on a last minute booking. At first she said she was in urgent need to get away from a family member so it was all a little strange from the start. 3 days in she explained she said the weather (Florida had a rainy period of about 10 days in February) was not what they had hoped for and wanted to use their travel insurance to refund the rest of their 3 week trip. And then said her teenage pregnant daughter was home sick and they wanted to reduce their length of stay. She then later said it wasn’t the weather but a family member was now Ill at home with a heart attack so she needed to go home to see them and she was adamant she purchased some sort of insurance, which of course she may have but not from us so we advised her to contact them. Regrettably as we weren’t able to give her a refund on account of the weather she threatened to leave a negative review. None of what she has said reflects this beautiful brand new home. Overall a very strange experience.
