This newly remodeled 2 Bed/2Bath condo is conveniently located in the Amelia Landings Resort Complex. It’s just a short walk to the white sands of beautiful Fernandina Beach. Enjoy the tranquility of a resort complex nestled among a canopy of live oak trees and beautiful landscape. This quiet resort is the perfect location to relax, walk to the beach and enjoy a picnic, swimming pool and tennis court.

The 2nd floor villa is beautifully decorated and ideal for 2 couples or a family of 4. It provides 2 bedrooms with a new King Size bed in the master and a new Queen size bed in the 2nd bedroom. Both bathrooms have been fully updated. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials, with a dining area and washer & dryer. The spacious living room has a new 65” Smart HD TV. Both bedrooms also have smart TVs as well. The Air Conditioner has also been fully upgraded and will keep you cooled during our summer months. The master bedroom and living room have sliding glass doors accessing the large screened in balcony with seating, overlooking a canopy of trees and beautiful pond --a great place to enjoy a cup of coffee or read a good book.

The second bedroom is also a private getaway that can be closed off from the family room and you can also enjoy a private bathroom. The bathroom has a Tub/ Shower combination so if you’re in the mood for a relaxing bubble bath the option is available for you.

Outdoors you can enjoy the community BBQ grills and picnic table areas, fishing from the catch & release pond, tennis court and large swimming pool. There’s a private path and also a sidewalk path (Sadler Rd) about a half mile walk to the beach. If you have AWD or 4WD you may also drive onto beach during certain hours.

Additional amenities include blow dryers, Keurig, kitchen supplies including pots & pans, cutlery & utensils. All linens and towels are provided. When you’re ready to hit the beach feel free to use our beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrella and cooler.

Televisions in the living room and bedrooms have YouTube TV streaming service, along with Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, and Disney+.

We want you to have a great stay so please note:
• There are no elevators, so guests must be able to climb stairs to the 2nd level condo.
• Maximum guests: 4 (HOA Rules)
• NO Smoking in unit, including the balcony and Breeze way. (HOA Rules)
• NO pets are allowed on the premises (HOA Rules)
• The responsible party must be at least 25 years old.
• No events or parties allowed (HOA Rules)
• Rentals over 28 days not permitted.
• 2 parking spaces included
• Camper / Trailers require prior approval for parking
• Absolutely no 3rd party bookings. If you book you stay.
• If you rent Baby Quip equipment please do not give your personal door lock code out, you must let us know so we can issue a one time code for the company to gain access to the premises. We will need a name and Phone# of the person/s coming.
• All of these rules are strictly enforced and guests violating these rules will be asked to leave immediately without a refund

If you forget to pack something, don’t worry. There is a CVS, Walgreens, Walmart and Bealls store within a mile from the condo where you can buy just about anything you can possibly need. There is a Publix grocery store also close by so that you can stock up on snacks or want to prepare a meal. There are restaurants and ice cream shops a short walk from the condo as well.

Beautiful Amelia Island offers something for everyone. Historic downtown Fernandina Beach is just a short drive and offers many restaurants, shopping, a farmer’s market and various events and festivals throughout the year. It’s a beautiful area to walk around and visit the marina or take a boat tour. Other activities include visiting Fort Clinch State Park, Horseback riding, biking, putt-putt, golf, surfing, parasailing, kayaking and much more!
