Welcome to Miami's largest Design District Villa. Enjoy your holidays while sleeping in a million dollar house. ✨☺️

The house is a completely brand new construction and is excellent for those looking to be near South Beach, Wynwood, Midtown and Brickell. All these places are close and available.

This Villa has 3 spacious bedrooms with super comfy beds. All of them have a Smart TV and access to the backyards. The 2 full bathrooms are stocked with all the essentials.

Outside, you'll find an amazing backyard with a sparkling pool (ask 48 hours for it to be heated), a dining table-grill and many spaces to relax and have fun.

The Space:
BEDROOMS:

1. Bedroom with TWO QUEEN SIZE BEDS, a Smart TV, access to the backyard and a full private bathroom.
2. Bedroom with a QUEEN SIZE BED, a Smart TV, access to the backyard and to a shared full bathroom.
3. Bedroom with a QUEEN SIZE BED, a Smart TV, access to the backyard and to a shared full bathroom.

*Two extra folding beds and a sofá bed.

All the bathrooms are stocked with the toiletries our guests will need, also towels are included.

THE VILLA HAS AN OUTDOOR CAMERA TO CONTROL WHO GOES IN AND OUT, ALWAYS LOOKING FOR OUR GUEST SAFETY.

The property is professionally cleaned and sanitized following the CDC guidelines and inspected before every stay by our team to make your stay perfect.

Guest Access:
The guests have access to the whole property and its amenities.

The Neighborhood:
The Villa is located in a nice and very quiet residential neighborhood, and it's near all the main attractions Miami has to offer.

There are a few rules that were made to protect and respect our neighborhood and our neighbor's quality of life:
- No parties
- No gatherings
- No loud noises or shouting
- No loud music
- No smoking indoors

Getting Around:

SUV RENTAL

If you’re looking to rent a car, we have you covered!

For only $150 USD a day, enjoy an amazing SUV Bronco. Don't worry, it will be delivered and picked up at the property.

Midtown: 10 minute drive.
Wynwood: 10 minute drive.
Brickell: 20 minute drive.
Miami Intl Airport: 20 minute drive.

Other Things to Note:
- This property is pet friendly.
$300 per pet

- If you want the pool to be heated, request it 48 hours prior arrival.

- BUGS & CRITTERS: Please note we routinely spray the property for bugs and insects, however if you do come across any little critters please keep in mind that Florida is a sub-tropical climate. To help prevent this, keep the doors closed.

Bachelorette Party
This house was perfect for hosting a bachelorette party. It was close to all the bars and activities we had planned for the weekend and the backyard was perfect for hangout and enjoying all Miami has to offer.

Great Stay!
This property was perfect for our girls trip! Aaron provided the perfect balance and privacy and availability throughout our stay. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The area was OK, we felt safe most of the time, but definetly wouldn’t wander at night. Overall, recommend!!

Best girls group stay!
Stayed here with a couple of girlfriends… perfect location for Miami and perfect vibes if your just looking to hang by a pool or cook and grill! Beautiful property and clean! The only compliant I have is the WIFI did not work the best so if you’re planning on doing work from a computer during your stay this was difficult.

Amazing Vacation!
We had an amazing stay! The villa is beautiful, clean and very tastefully designed. The pool is amazing and clean. The only downside was some barking dogs from the neighborhood but other than that this will make your vacation a dream come true!
