The condo accommodates up to four guests and includes central A/C, in-unit laundry, 500 Mbps Wi-Fi, a private entrance and porch, a 65-inch smart TV and workspaces in both bedrooms.

Inman Square is about five minutes away on foot. Central Square and the Red Line are about an eight-minute walk.

THE CONDO

The condo occupies the entire first floor of a multi-unit building. It has an open living and dining area, full kitchen, high ceilings, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a private porch that also serves as the unit’s entrance.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

Bedroom 1: Queen bed, workspace, smart TV and private bathroom

Bedroom 2: Queen bed, workspace, smart TV and private bathroom

Living room: Queen-size convertible sofa bed

Maximum occupancy is four guests. Both bedrooms have clothing storage.

PRIVATE BATHROOMS

Each bedroom has its own private bathroom. Fresh linens, towels, toilet paper, basic toiletries and a hair dryer are provided.

LIVING AND DINING

The living room includes a 65-inch smart TV, convertible sofa and direct access to the porch. The dining table seats four.

KITCHEN

The full kitchen includes a refrigerator/freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, cookware, dishes, glasses and utensils.

PARKING

Two private off-street parking spaces are included in the lot next to the building.

LOCATION AND TRANSIT

Inman Square is about a five-minute walk, with restaurants, cafés and neighborhood shops nearby. Whole Foods and H Mart are both under ten minutes away on foot.

Central Square and the Red Line are about an eight-minute walk. MIT is about eleven minutes away on foot, and Harvard is about sixteen minutes.

Union Square and the Green Line are about a fifteen-minute walk in the opposite direction. The Green Line is useful for reaching North Station and TD Garden, Government Center, Copley, Kenmore and Fenway.

GUEST ACCESS

Guests have private use of the entire condo, porch and in-unit laundry. Two parking spaces are included. Self-check-in is available through a digital keypad, and arrival and parking instructions are sent before check-in.

We occupy a separate unit in the building and are available if needed. Otherwise, guests have complete privacy.

ENTRY AND STAIRS

The condo is on the first floor. Its private entrance is reached by six exterior steps leading up to the porch. The interior is all on one level.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

This is an older multi-unit Cambridge building. Guests may occasionally hear normal footsteps or everyday noise from the unit above.

Parties and events are not permitted. Smoking is not permitted inside. Pets are not permitted.

Exterior cameras cover the building entrances, rear of the property, driveway and parking area and may record exterior activity during a stay. There are no cameras inside the condo.

The property is registered and inspected as a legal short-term rental with the City of Cambridge.
