Very happy with our stay! The area is quiet and is right around the corner to the OCCC which was great for us! The place was clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Orlando Treasure

This apartment was the cleanest place we have ever stayed. We felt at home the moment we arrived. It was equipped with everything you could think of to enhance your stay. The balcony was peaceful and private. The pool was amazing and we hung out at the firepit most evenings. We will definitely stay here again!

Amazing Stay!

This is literary one of the best rentals we have very stayed at! Beautiful, clean, great pool with hot tub, beautiful area to walk, VERY close to anything, including Disney! Highly recommended!

Convenient to everything!

Nice apartment in well maintained complex. Walk to Publix and “The Diner” for breakfast. Close to airport, downtown and the Convention Center. Well equipped kitchen. I would stay here again. Pictures are accurate.

Very comfortable with great location

Property was comfortable and well equipped. Could have done with some teaspoons rather than butter knives. Perhaps some pool towels would have been good or at least notice that there were be non available. I always worry when there is no safe like in this unit. The temperature control was locked down behind a screen which didn’t bother us but could concern others.

Great location - needs a few things though

The room was very clean and a great layout. Has all necessities for the kitchen such as blender, toaster, fridge with water and ice dispenser, and cutlery/plates. There are a few Tupperware containers as well. There is shower gel and shampoo in the showers. You’ll want to buy a few toilet papers and paper towels as there were only a few rolls of TP and half a roll of paper towels. The biggest struggle is we got 4 towels for a family of 4 between pool/bathing it was not enough. I am doing more laundry more than I’d like on vacation. Beware there is construction going on by the pool so it is a bit loud in the daytime. The WiFi is only available in the room and everywhere else on the resort is basically a dead zone.

Fabulous Condo in perfect area! Loved it!!

We have just returned from our 12 night stay in Sandra’s condo in Vista Cay. We have stayed at Vista Cay many times as the location is perfect for all parks and shopping malls and there is a Publix supermarket, Subway, Dunkin Donuts and a couple of small restaurants next door. This was our first stay in Sandra’s condo and it was everything we needed. It is in the new side of the Vista Cay complex so literally just a few minutes walk to the Publix. It is a gated community so always feels safe. We were a party of 3 adult ladies so feeling safe is really important. The condo is on the third floor of the block with a lift so access is easy. The condo itself is beautifully presented and was very clean and fresh. The furnishings are very tasteful. The beds are extremely comfortable and bathrooms are lovely. Basics were supplied in the kitchen including washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets and laundry detergent. There were also basic condiments. The balcony is large and spacious with a nice table and chairs and overlooks a quiet car park and greenery. There is road noise on the balcony but we didn’t spend a lot of time on there as we stayed during cooler weather. Also for us this didn’t detract from the overall comfort of the accommodation. The air-con is set at a very comfortable temperature. Sandra was the perfect host and replied to my emails promptly. She was most helpful throughout our stay. We will be back! Thank you Sandra!
