INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

Room was very clean, decorated nicely, perfect size, and conveniently located to Pier Park! Only complaint is 4 towels and washcloths for a total of 8 people was not idea. Also, the kitchen could have been alittle more equipped. No cleaning supplies for our daily cooking, oven mits for oven, then no hand towels for wiping surfaces. Besides those minor inconveniences, overall the room was great!

Great condo. Very clean and the property manager was very responsive. The kitchen is lacking pots, pans skillets and is only stocked with bare essentials.

Spring Break Satisfaction

We are a COVID aware family and this condo was everything we needed to enjoy and not worry. It was comfortable for a family of six and clean. Walking distance to the beach and shopping. Will definitely consider this location again.

Family Time

Overall the stay at this location was good. Location was great but a little noisy at night(given the proximity to lots of activities, including Pier Park). The only concern was the floors in the condo weren’t very clean when we arrived. But overall, our family would choose this location for our “family time” together.

Excellent Location

We all loved the location. View of the pier and walkable to shops and restaurants. The pool at tower 3 is huge and awesome to handle the crowds. The property management company needs to post that CABANA rental does not include the lounge chairs directly in front of the cabanas. Chairs are provided by the HOA so that can be an inconvenience.

Great Property by the Beach

This was a great property to stay at for my family of 8. We were walking distance to Pier Park, the beach, and other activities. The pool at Calypso Tower III was the nicest in my opinion. It was a nice size and never over-crowded. The condo was just as described in the pictures. I would caution you to bring additional towels and washcloths. We were not given enough washcloths, and when I asked for more, the receptionist at the front desk asked this man to get us towels and he told me this was a condo, not a hotel. I saw them give other families additional towels, and when I questioned why they had given other families additional towels, he said he would put in an order with maintenence, but we never received any. We had to purchase additional towels from the local Walmart. And, to be honest, that was the only issue. Everything and everyone else were great. I would stay at this property again.
