Spanning 4,500 sq ft, the home boasts luxurious amenities, including 6 spacious bedrooms, each with its own private bath. The property also features a gourmet kitchen, heated pool, and a private pier with a covered dock for convenient water access. The refined design and spacious rooms make Veranda Laguna an ideal venue for weddings, special events, or large gatherings.

The home is thoughtfully designed with a blend of modern elegance and comfort. Cancellation Policy and Other Information:
• Cancellation: Cancel up to 60 days prior to arrival date.

• Payment details: Deposit due at booking and remaining balance due 90 days prior to arrival date.

• Damage Insurance: An $89 damage insurance fee is due at the time of booking to cover any accidental damage during your stay.

• Wedding and Pet Fee: A non-refundable $500 wedding fee is required for any events held at the property. We’re happy to provide more details about Weddings at Veranda Laguna! A non-refundable $190 pet fee is required for up to 2 dogs.

• Restrictions: College spring break rentals are strictly prohibited, with no exceptions made based on age, regardless of whether the renter is 25 years or older.
