Privacy in Paradise

Home is in great shape inside and out. It has a new pool cage, clean pool and a new roof. There was no water penetration inside the home so everything is fresh and clean. Everything has been professionally checked, certified, and is in working condition. Cape Coral is totally open for business and all the Cape Coral restaurants and shops as well as popular restaurants in Cape Harbour Marina (Fathoms, Oysters and Rumrunners) are open. Things grow back quickly in Florida and all of the beautiful greenery is back. Home is ready for vacations, relaxing and special occasions.

Home is a beautiful, well appointed, spacious, private 4 bedroom, 2 full bath home with a screened heated pool/hot tub. It has a comfortable open floor plan with all amenities including full kitchen, laundry, and cable Internet/TV. Home and pool has been refreshed last year including new AC, pool/spa, outdoor grill and kitchen appliances. Every bedroom has a private TV as well as a big screen TV in living room. House is family friendly and includes changing table, chairs, and crib. Home has been professionally landscaped and maintained with 13 palms.
Home is in a high end, residential neighborhood close to the attractions that SW Florida offers including the shops and restaurants at Cape Harbour and close to bike and jogging paths on Eldorado Drive. It is within a short drive to the beaches of Sanibel Island, Captiva Island, Bonita Springs, and Fort Myers including a variety of dining and shopping options as well as golf, boating, deep-sea fishing and site seeing. Home is close to Ft.Myers/RSW airport and major highways for easy access.

We stayed for a extended weekend in November. The unit was spacious and clean and very well kept. We spent most of our time out by the pool and loved ever minute. Host was very responsive and even purchased a cribbage board for us to use. We are already talking about our next trip. We definitely recommend this location.

Amazing rental!

We stayed here for 4 days/nights. The communication from the hosts were fast and super thorough with details. The home was very clean and had an amazing pool/Lani area. Our kids loved the comfortable beds and rooms as well as the pool and amenities. We would definitely opt to stay here again if or when we visit again!

Top shelf location in Cape Coral!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Privacy in Paradise. Everything about the property exceeded our expectations, from the pool, the gas grill, the comfortable beds and overall decorations and cleanliness. We’ve never stayed at a better-stocked and outfitted unit in Florida. I especially appreciated the quick response from the owners when we had a question. We hope very much to visit again!

Positively Paradise

The property was more beautiful than we expected. There was more than enough space to lounge eat or relax. It was so clean we didn’t use the linens or pillows we brought with us. Anything we forgot to bring was in the pantry! And which host leaves us sodas, water and a bottle of great wine?
 Richard! We didn’t want to leave and have decided to return in the spring, summer and fall next year. Thanks for treating us so well. Bravo Paradise!!

CAPE CORAL OASIS

This is a beautiful home and a hidden gem in Cape Coral - the house was outstanding-- SUPER CLEAN. We enjoyed the amenities especially the pool - this was a nice break from our daily grind - If you are looking for a private and quiet get away- THIS IS IT!

Welcoming

My family and I had an amazing vacation thanks to all the accommodations this house had. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine, cleanliness, coffee, and even condiments for our food which is very helpful for a weeks stay. We hope to enjoy another vacation stay here next year.

Clean and quiet

We stayed for a week with our teens and had a wonderful time at this property. The home was spacious, clean, and in a quiet neighborhood that was perfect to return to after a busy day at the beach. The home was well-stocked. Communication with the owners was great, and they were very responsive to the few questions we had while visiting. Highly recommended, would love to stay again if we're ever again in the area!

Our five days in Cape Coral

We really enjoyed having our own bedrooms The house was very adequately stocked, in all areas Would have been nice to have a beach close, realized that the hurricane took care of that We did find a great set of bands playing on a Tuesday night ,across from the Buccaneers restaurant It was open air & fun for all ages Front bedroom doesn’t have a mirror ,small one would be nice Also a little book re places to see and eat would be nice My iPad was acting up, not due to house issues, so maybe I missed inf All in all would highly recommend this house!

Beautiful home

What a beauty! We only used master side of home and center. But it had 3 other rooms on other side! The house was perfect for us! The pool and hot tub was perfect! Absolutely one of the nicest homes we’ve stayed in. Home has everything we needed. Neighborhood was beautiful and quiet!

Great Vacation

This is a beautiful home. It was very clean and ready for us when we arrived. It was so well equipped with not only the necessities but also every little thing we could want or need. The pool and hot tub were amazing. There were 4 of us; all women and a 7 month old baby girl so it was truly a girls’ vacation! Weather was so so but didn’t stop us from having a great time together. Only piece of advice-don’t go to Sanibel Island. Construction and traffic was the worst we have ever been in. To go 20 miles took us more than 2 hours so avoid that trip! Thanks for a great time!

Lovely stay!

We had a great time and would definitely recommend this property. Pool/hot tub was lovely (even in cooler Florida weather). Home was nicely located in a neighborhood perfect for biking and walking. Kitchen was nicely stocked and we made several meals at home. But we also enjoyed dining out at Lobster Lady, Cape Creamery, Point 57, and Rumrunners. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Blended Family Vacation

Home was Beautiful and very Clean ! The owner responded quickly to even my tiniest of questions . Home was perfect for multiple kids and multiple teenage personalities. Everyone had plenty of room. Pool was perfect entertainment and we used the umbrella in garage for the beach . Very well stocked home , kitchen supplies/tools , pool floats ,paper products , towels and bedding . Neighborhood is quiet. Great Restaurants and shops close by . We loved Fords Garage Restaurant and Rum Runners right on the water . Only advice type in the address correctly we accidentally put in St instead of Ave. and took a 10 minute detour. Definitely Recommend this home .
