Loft at the Beach

Come stay with us and enjoy this most unique beach front home. For anyone who is looking for an economical stay, and is ok with angled ceilings and smaller spaces this unit is perfect. We are right on the beach with a fenced in yard and we are pet friendly.

As is typical with attic units, it has angled ceilings and is perfect for those who do not need an abundance of space. This loft/studio has one Queen Size Bed. It is ideal for a beach-loving couple looking for a budget-friendly space.

You will have your own private entrance and deck. It has a Large Smart TV, High speed WiFi and Off-Street parking.

We are also pet friendly (with a pet fee of $99) with a fenced in yard.

The house was built in the early 1950's and can have typical flaws associated with an older home. If you are in need of perfection, please continue your search. However, if you want to be on the beach in an economical way, this unit is ideal for a couple as there is only the one queen bed. This unique unit was carved out of the attic space many years ago.

We have a shared backyard that is fenced and perfect for the little ones (two legged as well as four legged) to run and play. The yard is shared with the main house below, so please keep it clean and pick up after your dogs!! The Beach is just on the other side of the dune and is visible with a beautiful view from the deck/porch.

Parking is right outside your door.

This was an amazing place to stay with my husband and dog, Goliath. I had frequent, pleasant commutation with the host and was really impressed with how clean the space was. The beach is right outside the door and had very few people during ginger (7am-10am and 4pm-8pm) hours. Great restaurants within 10 minutes. No one minded my dog on the beach and there were many dog friendly restraints close by.

Relaxing, peaceful and quiet stay. Everything there that was needed. Except for beach chairs as we flew in so we weren't able to pack any. But the whole Trip was beautiful

Tiny attic appartment

I wanted to love this property and stat regularly when passing through. The view from The new deck to the bay is lovely. I was disappointed at how dark the indoor space was and it has no windows to view the beautiful bay. It was clean and Exsctly as pictured and there is lots of lighting to brighten the indoor space. The outside is pretty run down.

Right on the beach, access to it was fantastic. The view of the ocean from the porch was beautiful. Location and area of the property was good. Minutes away from anything you could need. Pet friendly. The down side is it's small. The kitchen has no exhaust or ventilation fan. The bathroom is very very small and does not have a ventilation fan. You will have to open the door and use a floor fan that is provided. The sink in the bathroom was separating from the wall and we had worries it would come off. Also the shower handle came off. The stairs to the upstairs are very very steep. If you have an older pet or a pet that can't climb this is not the place for you. The outside is a bit run down as well
