We had a wonderful stay! The home was very clean and comfortable! The house was within walking distance of great restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, ice cream shops and the Dana Point marina. Even though the house was close to all of the fun things to do, it was still quiet and relaxing!

- 2nd story with high stairs not convenient.- Watch for the cameras installed.- Clean and cozy condo.- Neighbors make noise (play music at 6AM, and gather in the yard party) which is disturbing.- Couches were very comfy.- Kitchen was well equipped. I needed more coffee/tea. - - There is no pot to boil water though. Also there is no detergent to wash clothes with. This is not a hotel, so if you have laundry you should provide those stuff.

Stayed here with a colleague for a work trip and the place was very clean, conveniently located, and had just what we needed. Manager was very responsive to texts!

Great location

This was our second time staying at the property. The communication with the property owner was limited to some canned messages on the app. I had reached out a couple times to clarify things with no response. It would have been nice for him to check in with us to make sure we didn't need anything. Other than that, great place to stay!

Family wedding

The house was described correctly online. Bedrooms were nice size, kitchen was very spacious with what seemed to be recent updates, nice size washer and dryer, living room was big and decent size deck with furniture. What wasn’t explained was you have to climbed not one but two flights of stairs, the first flight was cement second flight seemed dangerous. They were wooden narrow and first step was built over cement and was a tripping hazard. We only got 1 parking space with 3 couples staying, street parking was very limited so you may not even be parking near the house. Lastly house was decently clean except for the floors they very dirty. Area is in walking distance to many dining

it was modern and updated. it had a great location to shops and restaurants on the 1 and a short walk to the beach. host was helpful and available as needed. i would recommend highly and stay again

Great Stay

Great place to stay in Dana Point! The stairs were very steep so people with disabilities wouldn't be able to stay here. Communication with Bruce was easy and he responded to our needs promptly.

Great Condo

Beautiful condo, walking distance to everything. Nice wide open floorplan, huge kitchen island for food prepping and socializing. Nice, relaxing upstairs patio. Upstairs unit, so just be ok with climbing the stairs as you come and go and you'll have a great stay.

Great Stay!

The property is what Southern California is all about! It's lovely, spacious and newly appointed on the inside, with the typical older building quirks of SoCal (slanted ceilings, VERY steep stairs leading to the front door, close by other neighbors). Gorgeous kitchen, very comfortable beds too. The host was very friendly and quickly responsive to some needs that we had. The only caution I would make would be that the stairs leading to the front door are very steep and narrow, so small children or people with strength/mobility issues may have some difficulty, but our party of 6 middle-aged adults did just great. This was a fantastic stay at a lovely property!

Very comfortable, clean, and relaxing stay!

This condo is immaculate and very comfortable for 3 couples. Gorgeous new kitchen, and outdoor deck with great view. It has everything you need for a great stay in Dana Point. Easy access to beach, town, and dining. I wish I could go back!

The property is in a great location in Dana Point. Park your car for the duration of your stay and walk everywhere. It’s an incredibly clean and new condo, with rooftop view. The check in and out process was very easy and the photos on VRBO are very accurate. Thanks again, Bruce!
