Wonderful bay and partial gulf views from great 7th floor condo!

Enjoy wonderful bay views from the large private lanai of this 7th floor beach themed condo in Vanderbilt Towers which overlooks Delnor Wiggins State Park. You will have just a short 4 minute walk to its beautiful white sand beaches, and during your stay you can rent kayaks and canoes from the state park.

This open, bright and cheerful unit is tastefully decorated in a warm beach decor. High speed internet, WiFi and cable TV included.

The updated kitchen is complete with dishes, glasses/cups, silverware, new pots and pans, microwave, toaster, along with a Keurig and regular coffee makers.
A convenient 7th floor laundry room and onsite parking is available in a gated community.
Beach chairs/umbrella, wagon, and beach towels are also provided for your use.

This condo has many updated features and is fully equipped for a perfect vacation.

The prime location has plenty of wonderful restaurants, shopping, and entertainment nearby.

Please note smoking is NOT allowed anywhere on the premises per the Home Owners Association Rules.

Also, the Home Owners Association requires submission of application documents 35 days prior to check-in date.

Happy times

Everything about our stay was just as we had hoped. The condo is spacious, clean and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The property owner is very gracious and there is easy communication with him. Naples is a terrific place to vacation

Expectations Exceeded!

Spotless and organized with everything we could possibly need for our stay. The furnishings are very comfortable with high quality linens throughout. We loved the balcony, which allowed us to enjoy the sunrise as well as beautiful views of the Gulf of America. Located in a quiet building in a peaceful area, but also close to the action of Naples. Owner is responsive and helpful. We loved everything and will definitely return!

A great place

The property is in a great location and the condo was very nice. The view from the laneigh was wonderful. Ian did a number on the first floor of the building, and it will be quite a while before all repairs are complete. The owner was great to deal with and very honest about what to expect. We would definitely consider staying there again.

All the convenience!

Location! Location! Location! Everything you want and need within a 5-10 min drive. Walk to the beach, pool just out the front door! Condo with all you need and want! Very comforted, especially the bed and living room furniture! When I had a question, the host was always easy to reach and very helpful!!!

It was a pleasure to have had the opportunity to spend the month of March 2024 at your Vanderbilt Tower 5. the condo was lovely and well equipped, the views from the Lanai were stunning, and the location was perfect to get to all that Naples has to offer.

Winter get away

The condo was very clean with a kitchen that was stocked with all the items we needed for preparing meals. The building was very well kept and the pool area was very nice. The pool and the pool area are well maintained. The pool ranges from 3’-8.5’ and had plenty of lounge chairs. The condo is a short walk to a very nice beach. The unit supplied beach chairs, wagon, beach umbrella, cooler, and four beach towels. The owners checked in with us through email a couple of times during our stay, which I thought was a nice touch. We would stay in this unit again if we’re in the area in the future.

The owner did his best to communicate with us through the whole process considering the damage done to the area from hurricane. I would suggest the owner think about replacing the living room furniture which was not very comfortable.

Startprobleme

Wir konnten die Wohnung nicht betreten, da das elektronische TĂŒrschloß außer Betrieb war. Die angegebene Sicherheitsbox war nicht zu finden. Erst durch Hilfe von Mitbewohnern konnte ein SchlĂŒssel organisiert werden. RĂŒcksprache mit dem EigentĂŒmer war nicht möglich, da uns keine Telefonnummer angegeben worden war. Auch FeWo direkt war mit einem Smartfon nicht zu erreichen (wegen SicherheitscodeĂŒbertragung). Unangenehm war, dass die Klimaanlage nicht verstellt werden durfte und es somit Tag und Nacht entsprechend kalt in der Wohnung war.

A gem 


We enjoyed our 2 week stay immensely in this very comfortable 2nd/2ba 7th Fl unit at Vanderbilt Towers
the Bldg is older but very nice
the lanai is big and has very nice views
the beach is out the back door of the Bldg and a 5 minute walk
it’s location is wonderfully located down the street from some great places
Ritz Carlton, The Turtle Club restaurant and the Baleen Restaurant
a fabulous location for nearby very upscale shopping
it’s a great place that we highly recommend
if I had to chose one slightly negative remark
I would wish for more comfortable living room couches
but we loved our stay and looking forward to our next visit!!!

Enjoyable time in Florida

Great location with easy access to the beach, shopping, restaurants and plenty of walking opportunities. Loved being able to enjoy the beautiful views sipping on coffee in the mornings on the lanai. Owners were very accessible and quick to respond to any of our questions. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great Trip as Sold

Great Location, Unit and Views. New owners very helpful and interactive as needed. Beautiful beach just out the back door and short jaunt down the street. Building management and residents friendly and helpful with info and suggestions.
