Relax and renew in our spacious and comfortable mini-resort, carefully designed to make your time in the areas around Phoenix and Scottsdale areas refreshing and memorable. A private office is also provided for remote working arrangements.

Amenities include heated pool and spa, full-service kitchen and dining area, spacious and newly renovated sitting areas, indoor and outdoor fireplaces, three TVs conveniently placed, and more.

With convenient access to all the amazing restaurants, golf courses, and stadiums in the area.

For guest safety, we have two motion detection cameras, one pointed sideways toward the front door, and one pointed sideways toward the back door.

This house was super clean and tidy, and had all the things we needed for our family’s spring break trip. We had small children, teenagers and adults, and everyone really enjoyed the house. We did have some pool issues, but Reuben was very responsive to get them fixed. Once he got them fixed the pool and hot tub were really great, my kids didn’t want to leave.

Great home

The house was spacious and clean. Great location to hiking, shopping, restaurants. Host was quick to respond to all inquiries. Furnishings in the home were comfortable. Outdoor space was amazing!

A perfect girls trip!

Wonderful house in a great location with easy access to everything. The house was everything we expected and more. Communication was great, pool and hot tub were wonderful, and in general met all ofnour needs. The hosts went above and beyond to meet our needs and make our stay comfortable and memorable!

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely home! We were especially excited to find it located close to grocery and restaurants. The kitchen was spacious and had almost anything you could need other than there were no storage containers for leftovers. The master bed was comfortable and plenty of pillows. A downfall would be there's no master closet, we used a closet in a spare room. There is a great built-in gas grill and fire pit. There is a big picnic table, but we couldn't use it because there was a lot of pigeon poop on the table, chairs and cement. We had one issue at the beginning of the stay, but it was addressed by Reuben. Overall, this is a great home!

Easter/Birthday Weekend in Phoenix

The house is in a very nice neighborhood. Plenty of room for our family. Plenty of towels and linens. The kitchen was well stocked with spices, coffee and condiments. We loved the e-bikes and the outside space was almost perfect. I do not know how they can fix the issue with the pigeons. The pigeon poop was everywhere!! It happened to rain one night and all the pigeon poop from the roof was now on the outside table and chairs and the outside bar area, and in the pool and in the hot tub. It really was gross. I wish I had known this was going to be an issue. We came from Iowa wanting to relax by the pool and lay in the sun. Everyday you had to clean up the pigeon droppings. I was on vacation and we had to clean all the furniture before we could enjoy the outside space.

Best. VRBO Owner. Ever. (Can you say FRESH COOKIES?)

This was the PERFECT spot for nine of us senior women to come for the Aloha Festival weekend. Communication with Reuben was terrific all along the way--even when I discovered I had originally booked the home for the wrong dates! He let us correct the dates and provided so much helpful information. The home was spotless when we arrived. Kitchen even had snacks waiting for us. Outdoor area was GREAT for post-festival evenings. We had requested that the pool and hot tub be heated, but when we arrived, only the hot tub was hot. We contacted Reuben and he was mortified. There had been a glitch in the heating process. Within 30 minutes he had a delivery of crumbl cookies delivered as an apology and worked diligently to get the pool heated quickly for us for the rest of our stay. The cookies were amazing and so not necessary but absolutely appreciated. The beds were all comfortable, tons of fresh, fluffy towels, and the kitchen had everything we needed and more. The neighborhood is nice, quiet (except for our laughter) and safe. Location was perfect. We highly recommend Reuben's home and hospitality. Thank you for a fantastic experience, Reuben!

Disappointing

This house was perfect for our family. We were in Phoenix for a wedding with our adult children and their spouses. The photos on the site are accurate and the house is impeccably maintained.Our stay was during the winter and our friends had advised us that it can get pretty chilly there. That being said, one of the main considerations to choosing a home to rent was that it must have a hot tub and or a heated pool so that we could be outside enjoying the fresh air with a nice soak in the hot tub. We passed on MANY other rentals that did not provide this amenity and ultimately decided to rent this particular home.If you are thinking about renting this beautiful home, please be aware that the “hot tub” that you are paying for, is only heated at the owner’s discretion. You cannot just decide spur of the moment that you would like to soak in the hot tub on a cold winters day/ evening in Phoenix unless you reach out to the owner to turn it on, which was not mentioned anywhere in the agreement. This was the only downfall to renting this home as we did not appreciate needing to “ask permission” to use the hot tub outside of the 4 hours in the evening that he scheduled for us to use it. A timeframe which was typically when we would be out to dinner with our family.

Our pool automaton system malfunctioned for the night you wanted the hot tub heated until 1am, which we explained, along with an offer to refund you a portion of the fee. Ideal family vacation spot!

My family and I loved everything about this home. It was the perfect size for our group and had the right number of beds and bathrooms. No bunk beds! The house was perfect for 7 of us and the space could accommodate 14 people for a birthday party. This house was even more spacious than it appeared in the photos. The kitchen's large center island was perfect for Thanksgiving as two people could work preparing dishes at the same time, and when they were done, another 2 people could cook, all the while cleanup, prep, and breakfast were going on. There were just enough serving plates dishes and utensils for the cooking too. My family members and I love to cook together so we were very happy with how well it worked. I was also impressed by the homey touches of comfort. Soft fleecy blankets and thick soft towels felt so very indulgent. Plush carpets in the bedrooms. Even beach towels for the pool and jacuzzi. I loved the color scheme of the home, sand and turquoise blue are soothing. The house was exceptionally clean. A special thank you to the host Ruben for going above and beyond and making sure we had everything possible we could want for the newest member of the family, a 3-month old infant. There was a crib, a pool floatie, a high chair, and maybe even more that I didn't see from a quick peek in the closet. This is probably the best vrbo we've stayed at in the Phoenix area. Highly recommend!
