We were overjoyed by the property and had the most relaxing and fun week ever. The property was more spacious than imagined and the outside area and view a dream. Also the kitchen was as well stocked or even better than I enjoy at home! Really cannot think of a fault.

This house is fabulous. The check in process was easy and the house was extremely clean. We stayed a week with 8 adults, 4 teens and 2 8 year olds. Plenty of room for all. The kitchen is more than adequately stocked and it is great having a second refrigerator and a huge walk in pantry. Washing facilities on both floors. The pool and the hot tub were huge hits for everyone. Five minutes to the beach and 10 minutes to south beach. The screened in porch is also very nice. The house exceeded all expectations. It was great. I highly recommend it.

Amazing house! Perfect size for our family of ten. This was our second time staying in Sea Pines. We love the location. Short walk to the beach. Salty Dog is a five minute drive.

Another week in paradise!

This is our third stay at this beautiful home.Cannot say enough great things about this house.., location, cleanliness, and the most well equipped kitchen amenities in Sea Pines!Love spending early mornings with my coffee on the huge screened porch. Watching the abundant wildlife in and around the pond in back.Bunk room is such a hit with all the grandkids. Smoke space for all.We will be back!!Thanks for sharing this amazing home!

Family Reunion Week

My wife and her two brothers and sister with spouses stayed at this amazing house for a week! The home is beautiful, comfortable, and has a great location, with good beach access as well as proximity to South Beach area. With a huge kitchen, great room, screened in porch, and pool, this house is perfect! By the way, the pond in the backyard is a wildlife Mecca for those who love to watch all sorts of birds and alligators! We would love to stay here again!

The house was immaculate! It was just what we expected, and it didn’t disappoint. The layout was great for our family. The screened porch was great and the pool was beautiful. The view from this home is spectacular. The location was great. The property manager answered all of my questions immediately and was a very valuable asset to this home. We voted as a family and we will definitely return to this Home!

Amazing Stay in Sea Pines!

This is one of the best hosts and stays we have found in Sea Pines. The house is perfectly setup for a small or large party. The location is great - short walk across the street to the beach, less than a mile bike ride/walk to Salty Dog, 15 minutes bike ride to Harbour Town - and it comes with all the amenities you would expect. Would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in Sea Pines. We are looking forward to another opportunity to stay at this house.

Our family of 14 had the pleasure of calling this our home for the week. Exactly as presented…beautiful decor throughout, spacious rooms, kitchen is nothing short of spectacular with everything you need! Pool outside your door, who could ask for more!! We loved the gator watching! Communication with property manager Deborah was great!

My Happy Place

This home is everything that the listing says, and more. We rented this home 2 years ago, when it was brand new, and it was so nice to return and find it is just as wonderful as remembered. Great location, easy walk/ ride to the beach, Salty dog or Harbor town. Extremely clean and well cared for. Enjoyed every night on the huge screened porch, playing games, listening to wildlife. Porch was also our favorite gator watching area! Deborah , the manager, was great to work with. Easy check in… even got in a little early. So sad to leave… but already booked for next year!

Family Early Fall Vacation

This property is excellent, well equipped with everything you need including beach toys, pool toys, and kitchen supplies. The few downsides are lack of mirrors in the house. The only ones are over the bathroom sinks which made it very hard to apply makeup and to check your overall reflection. There were a few problems with bugs, but management responded quickly with an exterminator. A few of the beds were not as comfortable as you would want, needing either new mattresses or mattress covers, especially the ones in the main floor master and the upstairs twin beds. However, we would definitely revisit this property again. Overall, it was great in comparison to other properties we've rented.

Amazing Home

We were absolutely thrilled with our stay! Beautiful home. Great location. Ample space. Walking distance to the beach and Salty Dog. The back porch, pool area, views, and wildlife were breathtaking. IF YOU ARE AFRAID OF ALLIGATORS, this might not be the place for you. However, we loved seeing them swim in the pond in the mornings/evenings and sunbathing on the ledges. The home has just about everything you need in the kitchen and for the beach. The beach cart was an added bonus. I deducted a star for cleanliness as we found a few areas in the home that were missed by the cleaning staff. Honest mistake for how large of a home it is. Although we did not have any children on this trip, the house is stocked with board games and other various games for the kids and adults to play, along with pool/beach toys. Some suggestions for the property: Include bike rentals and parking pass in with the rental. Not too big of an issue, but convenient. This is our sixth year on the island and this was the only time these items were not included with the rental property. Lastly, Deborah Boyd (Property Manager) was excellent with communication before and during our stay. Five stars for her! All-in-all, we would stay here again!

Awesome house with plenty of space!

Our large, extended family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house in Sea Pines! This is the third house we have rented on HHI within the last 5 or so years, and we all agreed it was the best house yet! We had ages ranging from 6 months to 70 years old, and the two living spaces was key. The pool was wonderful and the heated hot tub was a must! We did see the alligator in the pond nearby, but even with a 3.5 and 5.5 year old, we never felt unsafe as long as we knew not to bother it. Deborah, the property manager, was very responsive to any needs we had and was willing to bring a colander within a couple of hours when we were unable to find one in the kitchen. The pool was cleaned on Wednesday, which was a nice plus. If you are looking for a clean, comfortable house on Sea Pines for your next family vacation, you will not at all be disappointed if you book this one. We can’t wait until we can return and stay here again!!

Beautiful, spacious house in a great location

The house is located in a quiet location in Sea Pines, just a short walk from the beach. The home is spacious, clean, and well-kept. The kitchen has everything needed to prepare a family meal. We spent a lot of time at the pool and in the outdoor living space, watching the herons.

Gorgeous house/pool near the beach!

A 1/2 mile to the beach (boardwalk 19 or 20) meant easy to bike or walk. Perfect distance to South Beach marina (<1 mile) and other shops (1.5miles).
